I have read the thread and in fact responded multiple times.
If you're being abused yourself then report them and add them to your ignore list, simple. 99% of the time it doesn't matter what was being said to you when these reports are looked at, just at what you said and that was correctly deemed as enough to get you a suspension from the service. So using the F word...both B words...the S word (I don't wish to use these words so I'll just give the initals) aren't deemed banworthy by Blizzard? Are they homosexuals as well? I don't care about being cussed out...I care about being banned for using a single word when he said a lot worst to me. If they "investigated it thoroughly" then shouldn't they have seen the replay and seen all the words he said to me as well? "Faggot" is infinitely worse than those words (at least in my opinion), it's discriminating and offensive there is absolutely no reason to use it. But as I said if you report him then Blizzard will look into it, you have no way of knowing if they've taken action based on that. The fact that you think that because they banned you for using that word means they're homosexuals and the fact that in an earlier post you said "Homosexual (or faggots)" shows your level of maturity. Someone's opinion on the offensiveness of a word and the punishment handed out has absolutely nothing to do with sexual orientation. Also, Blizzard won't use replays, that'd be stupid. They'll have chat logs of everything you've said and refer to that. Oh you. I love it when people resort to the maturity card online. I must be immature by saying Blizzard must be homosexual for banning me for using faggot and not banning people using normal curse words. How do you know he wasn't banned? If you didn't report him then of course nothing will be done. "I must be immature by saying Blizzard must be homosexual for banning me for using faggot" Again, how is the employees sexual orientation anything to do with why you were banned? It has absolutely nothing to do with it. Blizzard will have a standard operating procedure which you breached with your use of language and thus got banned. The fact you keep bringing sexuality into this just shows your homophobia and discrimination against others along with your use of the word "faggot" itself. As I said earlier in this thread I have a lot of experience in dealing with similar things for another online game, Blizzard's system is very similar to that from what I understand from friends who've worked at Blizzard. They have a list of words/phrases which will result in a ban if used in an offensive . Anyway, it's pointless continuing this discussion as like most terrible trolls online you simply ignore all the points made in posts disagreeing with your side. Except I'm not a troll. Has the meaning of Troll been lost on TL already? I was trying to be 100% serious with this thread but people like you who have your opinion of a word ruined it for everybody There you go again, ignoring the points in my posts. As I said previously in this thread there is very very unlikely to be such a thing as a "funny" ban or suspension as they're not just handed out for nothing. Offensive language, telling people to kill themselves, threatening to kill people etc. are not funny and thus this thread was doomed to fail from the very start. You managed to provide an excellent example of this in your opening post and there's not been a single funny example provided thus far. And again...you prove you never went to school and therefore cannot read. I didn't even talk about the "killing your family" stuff. Somebody else did and I was simply quoting it as an example of how messed up Blizzards ban system is. I was sincerely trying to make this a thread about funny bans...somebody else brought that in and I guess it gets pinned on me. I never said you did say that, I said that such things are not funny in any manner along with every single example people can provide for what they're banned for. You provided an example of not funny ban in the original post. I fail to see how my view (based upon experience from the other side of this amongst other things) somehow proves I didn't go to school? It might shock you but different parts of the world have different cultures and within those different environments which all have different acceptable behaviour. It doesn't matter if you use this word in school, that doesn't make it acceptable everywhere else. Blizzard don't care what you do between your friends, they do however care when you use inappropriate language to insult others online and I'm sure if you go on the Battle.Net forums after your ban is up and tell Blizzard that you think they're "homosexual" for giving you the ban then you'll be receiving another deserved one shortly after. Bro seriously? People have already said this is funny and only you and your group of white knights believe it isn't. Go out in the real world please. Maybe I "deserved" that ban...but so does 95% of StarCraft 2 players. Get a life kid.
Don't start to BM them though . That's pretty much what they want, that you get banned also from TL. Don't give them that at least

There is no backseat modding going on, only people voicing there opinions about a thread on a public forum. Your just trying to push there opinions out by claiming backseat modding.

You're the one that needs to go out in the real world as you seem to think that everything is determined about what is acceptable between your group of friends. you try going around calling people "faggots", go to your job and call fellow employees "faggot". I bet you won't have that job for long if you do that.
