I went to public schools infact I went to a "hick" school as a latin student, the amount of times I was called a beaner or the likes was fairly small, except for the small crowd who act like you. Then why include the line that we did a thorough investigation and not just say "We read the in game chat". Blizzard is a complete joke with bans. BM happens every day and bans won't stop it. Blizzard is a joke for banning for some words and not others.
