man you guys are being very harsh on him. Don't act as if lots of people haven't used words like this, and most likely none of those people get banned. Lets look at the awesome bans that we have seen in SC2, Deezer - no ban, CombatEX(EZZZZ) - no ban, (former)ROOTDestiny - banned for a week. I have used mean words but i don't expect a ban when it was needed, everyone gets frustrated and some people let it out this way. In real life do you think a police man would pull you over for obscenities? No, and Blizz does not need to play police for something as puny as this. I don't have a funny ban story but i know that i played a CS:S game against a bunch of hackers that i'm pretty sure have gotten VAC banned by now :D

I live in Socal and in a asian area for that matter, everyone does not go around calling each other gooks and what not. Yeah I feel Blizzard doesn't really look at reports...they probably have certain words like faggot on a list and auto suspend anybody using them if they get reported. But they don't care about cuss words.

I'm surprised so many people didn't realize you can get banned for vulgar language, harassments, threats etc...
The fact of the matter is, if someone who does it doesn't get ban, it's only because they haven't been reported. Anyone who gets constantly reported for severe things will get their account ban eventually
People who want to run around and pretend they are combatex jr. will get banned if if if people report them. Even he'd get banned if enough of the top tier players he snipes were reporting him on a regular basis.
