Considering this stuff is nowhere near as aggressive as stuff like Excision, etc...
I definitely consider this stuff relaxing, sure, there's some driving beat there, the track isn't ambient or anything, but compared to standard Dubstep fare this stuff is definitely relaxing.

O_O theirs a huge difference. Ones gritty the other is smooth. Its like night and day. What I can;t see is the differences between Death metal and Heavy metal but each has its own thread.
I wouldn`t call most of this Dirty/Filthy dubstep at all, and some of it I wouldn`t even call dubstep. The only songs I liked were the ones I`ve already heard. I have a similar style of taste however so I`ll leave you my Pandora station if you ever wanna check it out. http://www.pandora.com/?sc=sh316340666707930827

Well duh. This is the Liquid Dubstep Thread. And yeah some people aren't getting the idea and their posting Liquid DnB instead.
EDIT: Just updated the OP to include a track-list of some examples of Liquid Dubstep.
GinDo it would be awesome if you could show where you draw the line though, some more relaxing dubstep still has a harder filthy dubstep drop. I'm horrible at classifying different genres, I'll try to find some examples so you can help me out.

Heavy metal is a is a very broad genre that encompasses death metal. If you're unaware of what each is supposed to be, it makes it much more difficult to see the difference.
All death metal is heavy metal, but not all heavy metal is death metal.
If you are using old terminology and referring to "heavy metal" as "traditional heavy metal", such as bands like Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden, then I don't understand how you can't tell them apart from death metal artists like Morbid Angel, Gorguts, Death, and Autopsy.
The difference is night and day.
I won't spam this thread with metal songs, but to give a small example:
That is nowhere near the most extreme example. Just two songs I personally find "good".
The equivalent comparison for the Heavy Metal vs Death Metal threads would be Electronic Dance Music vs Dubstep. One is a broad category that encompasses the other.
If you understand the genre, it becomes much easier to see the reason for the existence of both threads.
