Thanks ![]() I don't remember hearing bad things about it. The price seems excellent (Google says it's 60 €). That number pad instead of arrow keys etc. seems neat to me. I like brown MX switches. They are also probably the safe choice if you don't know what you'd like best. There's basically no chance that they annoy you, which might not be true for the other switches. Blue has that click, while brown feels pretty similar but is silent. Black is harder to press, red is lighter. Red and black are missing the click for when they activate.

Gotta wait 3 weeks 'til payday, though (being paid monthly sucks :/)) .Thanks much ![]()

The leopold probably comes to ~130 CAD, Coolermaster quick fire pro is ~110? and the K70 will be ~140. The Duckies look fantastic but probably cost almost 200 total from mechanicalkeyboards. The K70 seems nice being fully backlit. Are there any other full backlit mx reds that are full size that cost <150 total?

You can get the Corsair K70 for ~$110 + taxes if you pricematch http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11180ID4255 with http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45237 If you want the black variant then ya it's $130 + taxes.

Correct, its qwer, asdf, zxcv and some other arrow keys or something. Nice find! Seems like a pretty good deal for a fully backlit one. NCIX also the DK2108 red for $90 but it isn't backlit (which isn't a requirement for me but seemed like a cool feature to have)

Then I checked the nametag and was a razer apparently, the backwidow ultimate 2013. Saw the price, and 129 euros .. hell no. ANyways, bought it, and it turned out to be an expert version which only costed 99 € with all the perks except the uneeded illumination on every key. I am happy . I later realized this are ones the people at EG use, not bad. Fully recommend.

so I bought the Durandal Ultimate G1NL with Brown Switches (I had opportunity to test Black Switches in the store - yuck!). While some people I asked suggested alternative Brown keyboards, nobody was able to persuade me not to buy it (nobody has any experience) and I wanted to buy something offline if possible. On the other hand G1NL had some favorable reviews + it was easily available in Warsaw. Also it looks pretty cool - honestly between Durandal and TL Goliath pad my old Logitech mouse looks funny Also the keyboard looks so cool I hesitate to clutter my desk. That's something I guess.Overall I'm very happy. The only think I'd change in it is Enter and "\" / "|" buttons. I'm prefer having larger enter and "\"/"|" being placed next to right shift. The keyboard is a bit louder than nonmechanical one but I guess that's unavvoidable. The comfort of writing is really good and I feel like I should write fast or the keyboard will be disappointed. It's also very solid. I was able to test some random TT Esports keyboard and I think I'd take Durandal over that tt esports keyboard. So far I can only recommend, though it does cost quite a lot (I paid 529 PLN or 161$ or 124€).

Thanks ![]() I've owned this keyboard for about a year now. I play a lot SC2 (literally thousands of 1v1's per season) fairly abusively on it as I press tap the switches really hard and it's still performing just as well as it did when I first got it. Filco, Ducky, Leopold definitely higher quality, but considering how cheap the Quickfire Pro is greatest gift I've ever got it.

Thanks. i am thinking of buying the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid with Reds as the Stealth unfortunately isnt available in QWERTZ and the Filco is way too expensive.

My core components, my hardware is really powerful but I'd like my case and other peripherals to be flashy I wish I could afford a new monitor, but a new case/cooler and keyboard will do for now.
