They're all out of stock from mechanicalkeyboards.com and tigerimports.net Are there any other websites to order them? I think we are in the downtime between Shine 2 stopping production and Shine 3 shipping. So either find a shine 2 still in stock, or just wait till shine 3 releases.

Guess I'll wait a little while to see when the Shine III is actually being released.

I was thinking to get a board with different switches when I saw that ducky special edition one (it even has green and clear switch) but didn't expect it to be this expensive. but a full customised one would be awesome to have (better if it was aluminum casing though, it's the next big thing that I want for my next keyboard) Yes, full customization of as many keyswitches and LED's as I want. I sent it back for recustomization (also free,) had the Fkeys, FN, tilde, and backspace changed to browns, and the tab, L/R shift, L/R ctrl, L/R alt, space, and backslash switched to reds. so the only blacks that remain are windows, page, and enter. The rest are a combination of reds and browns. I'm not too concerned about a full metal case. Lifetime warranty and the best customer support in the business have made me a diehard MAX fan. The fact that they're happy to take the board back and make further customizations just so you can have the perfect keyboard and not charge you anything beyond shipping (which is like $12) is just outstanding. Oh, and full key rollover on USB is a huge selling point (not so much usability wise, it just demonstrates extreme attention to detail and quality)

The leopold probably comes to ~130 CAD, Coolermaster quick fire pro is ~110? and the K70 will be ~140. The Duckies look fantastic but probably cost almost 200 total from mechanicalkeyboards. The K70 seems nice being fully backlit. Are there any other full backlit mx reds that are full size that cost <150 total? If you're spending 150 on a keyboard, get the nighthawk X9 http://www.maxkeyboard.com/max-keyboard-nighthawk-x9-red-backlit-mechanical-keyboard.html You won't have a single complaint (and you get to choose one of three colors) and it's worth the little bit extra it costs over the others.

Is that the same same rebrand as the QPAD and Monoprice keyboards? I don't know if Monoprice ships to Canada, but it's around 25 bucks cheaper.

I don't know if Monoprice ships to Canada, but it's around 25 bucks cheaper. similar as the Qpad MX85, but MAX builds theirs in-house and sells them with an essentially lifetime warranty and unbelievable customer support. The Qpad also has insanely over-bright LED's and lacks customization (if you want your capslock key or esc key changed to an MX brown or blue so you get that tactile click when you mash it to leave a game or know when you've turned on capslock accidentally, it's only $5 per switch and you get to choose a different LED as well.) the monoprice model you're describing is only a 64 key rollover model, and has inferior electronics inside. The real difference in these keyboards (which all use the same housing) is the internal electronics. I've heard issues with the Qpad and monoprice versions blowing out the LED controller when used on max power setting. When it all comes down to it, the mx85 and MAX are the same price, and the MAX has the better customer support and warranty.

I originally wanted Blues on the Stealth but now I want Browns so I'm considering getting the White Body version of the TK. Also, how would replacing keycaps go? Go with browns over blues. I've got nothing but contempt for blues after using them for two years and then spending all of three days with my mixed red/black/browns.

What I'm wondering is how Innovation's keycaps are so clean when he's gaming 12 hours a day on the damn thing? What is this witchcraft? Also anyone know what switches he uses?
