10/1700 positive in 1st wave of testing, 2nd wave starting. It does seem like it may go ahead as long as there are no fan gatherings, which unfortunately is not something the league/teams can ultimately control.
Its good that it might go ahead still for 18th May onwards but it still then needs 1700 tests every matchday to check players not got it or what? A lot of tests going, i hope it goes ahead anyway i want football back but i also don't want players to be screwed over in the process.
Liverpool have told Timo Werner’s representatives they need more time to decide on whether to make a formal offer for the Germany international as they wait to see what impact the coronavirus will have on the next transfer window.
Werner is keen to leave this summer after four years at RB Leipzig and Liverpool are in pole position to sign the 24-year-old, having made clear their interest in him several months ago. Werner is keen for a new challenge abroad and has told Bayern Munich that a move to another Bundesliga club is not an option at the moment.
Contrary to reports, the release clause in the Germany international’s contract – which stands at €60m (£52.7m) – is still valid. Liverpool are keen to get more of an understanding in the next few weeks of what will happen to this summer’s transfer window before completing any deal.
The coronavirus is likely to distort the market this summer, even for the top clubs, and Liverpool are not ready to commit to spending €60m on one player.Jürgen Klopp, is a huge admirer of Werner, who has 72 goals in 118 league appearances for Leipzig, and the striker was set to be Liverpool’s top target this summer if they were to invest in a squad that is 25 points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
Several other clubs are also interested in Werner depending on how other transfer business goes. Werner’s preferred choice would be Liverpool but would also consider other Premier League clubs as well as Inter and Juventus in Italy. Barcelona are also an option if they do not sign Inter’s Lautaro Martínez.
What the not 90 minutes what the fuck is the point lol. People have no idea how to restart this in England yet and it quite stupid, if premier league clubs are complaining financially what hope does anyone from championship down have of surviving this without help?
what are "neutral stadiums"? Aren't all stadiums neutral? It's just the fans in there that make them "home" or "away". If you play with an empty stadium it really doesn't matter at all, right?

I'm not really sure. I know that not all stadiums have the exact same length and width, and that some teams like when the grass is longer/shorter (depending on the play style preferred). Of course fans have a quite big impact, but I don't think it boils down just to that.
Yeah way to many variables in width and length of pitches plus being used to said pitch is a variable in itself. Neutral venue thing wont be neutral venue either, it be 5-6 clubs stadium being used, maybe all London stadiums for example will be used, which again how is it fair if Arsenal are playing at Emirates but Yanited can't play at Old Trafford gotta play all games in London or something.

I agree with making some adjustments to the way football is played in order to minimize risk. I suggest having players stay in pre-defined horizontal rows, with a giant metal bar connecting each row of players to make sure they keep proper distance.
what if neutral venues will have the rule that no club can play in their home stadium? e.g. Arsenal would have to play in westham's stadium during their home game. Wouldnt that solve that problem?
So which Bundesliga team (not Bayern or Leipzig) should a neutral with limited knowledge support? Someone entertaining to watch, not necessarily the best.

The highly shortened, incomplete version:
For footballing reasons: Dortmund, Leverkusen, Gladbach for tradition: Schalke, Frankfurt, Cologne if you want to support a smaller club: Freiburg, Augsburg, Mainz, Union If you don't care about 'corporate' clubs: Wolfsburg, Hoffenheim, Hertha
Obviously most clubs have tradition and not only the three I mentioned first can play attractive football.
