The MSC's cannon spell wouldn't have made any difference against all that bio. It only has the DPS of a photon cannon. The bio could ignore it and kill tech/probes, or focus the nexus.

Don't even know why people are talking about him going back to defend or having Mothership Core for cannon when it's absolutely useless. The problem was not having Mothership Core with his army for recall, not his decision making in the middle of the map. He's probably kicking himself for not having a Mothership Core with his army.
