Gragas should get destroyed utterly by ahri, at least i have everytime i've gotten this match up. Ryze gets outranged and terribly outpushed for the first levels and the level 6 burst is stronger for ahri, if you want a champ that can just dodge ahri's shit without worry pick sion, since you can just activate your shield and run around like a headless chicken, real high skill champion.

Well the damage from Judgment isn't that amazing when you consider he's not autoattacking during it, which means he can't proc wriggles or red buff. Plus, Minions and neutral monsters only take half damage from it.

So I got gargas and first game other team first picks kennen so I 3rd pick Gargas and my team rages at me for troll picking and I don't understand why? Someone explain please, I thought it would be good to knock him out of team fights after he ultis.

If someone calls Gragas a troll pick just mute them and move on. The only troll pick is Evelynn, or Trundle if you already have a jungle

Who to buy?

I'm thinking Wukong, Yorick, or Rumble. I like to play bruisers and ranged AD, but I don't want MF or Kog, so probably another bruiser unless there's a different one you'd recommend.

Only troll picks I can think of are Eve & Mundo. Everything else I've seen do okay. Those two champs I have never ever seen anyone succeed with them (post-Eve nerfs ofc) unless they're like 500 elo above my level and are just in general better players.

All the ones u listed are really strong. Wukong is pretty OP imo but people aren't playing him much for some reason. Like you can fuck up your lane and still be incredibly useful cause your ulti and armor shred are just ridiculous. Yorick is super strong laner and amplifies your AD. Rumble is still OP even after all his nerfs, he just has to wait 'til lvl 3 to be OP. He also works really well with the whole double WotA gimmick going around.

Personally, I like Wukong out of those three the most, but Rumble can probably carry the hardest imoimo

I doubt it. His e only does half damage to minions and neutral monsters. Coupled with his cooldowns, that really sucks.

Even without full rune page, Udyr Phoenix jungle is easily top 3 jungles in the game right now. A lot of people are starting to take AS marks instead of mage pen. Everything else is just armor seals, MR glyphs, and then AS Quints.

I've always used aspd reds on Phoenix Udyr. Lets you get the phoenix proc sooner, which means you can turtle again sooner and take less damage in the jungle.

Yeah I'll get them eventually. I have em on my NA account but I get atrocious ping there so I'm only playing on my EU and SEA accounts atm. EU ping is still bad but not as bad. Hopefully in the near future I'll switch to a lined internet instead of wireless.

I played a normal game where I picked vayne after someone else picks Janna. So of course the rest of the team picked Ashe MF and twitch. I guess that's what I get for alt-tabbing during champ selection.

That's some awesome troll picks right there. 5 thornmails and randuins later I as vayne was the only one doing serious damage. Turned out to be a fun game though. The other team was too bad to finish us off, so it was a 55 minute long game, where they constantly fought 4v5.

So troll picks are mainly about picking a role your team already has. And Evelyn.

Edit: just played a game as karthus mid vs kass and just got shat on. Zoned me all day with his orb, turret dived me for the kill and just ults out. Unpleasant experience. Anyway, I always read here that ranged ad counters kass mid. Can someone explain exactly how/why?

because kassadin can only do 1 thing against ad carries at early lvls:
orbing them into the face for 80 dmg every 10 sec

meanwhile ad carries can autoattack him for 50 dmg every second+abilities.
he has to go in autoattack range to lasthit minions.

he gets zoned out and outCSed, no questions asked.

(btw Karthus is like the weakest champ against Kassadin)

Kass wins because he can trade more efficiently with mages because of his silence, burst, and free mana from W. AD's don't give a fuck about your silence, especially early. Cait especially can zone Kass really hard because of traps and range.

The problem is that in order to really punish a Kass like that you have to overextend, which means their jungler should be waltzing in for an early gank. If an AD gets behind against Kass he's just going to get stomped like everyone else. People like Trynd / Sion more for that reason. Trynd can completely ignore Kass's harass while zoning him off anything farther than melee minions attacking the tower and can spin out of a gank, while Sion can shield Kass's entire Q, force Kass to take all year farming under tower (so he can gank freely), and will win trades if executed properly. Can also counter ganks with stun/shield pretty easily (especially early, and by later you are probably insta clearing wave and then ganking).
