It's happened with a lot of champs--instead of reverting a change back to a patch where their power level was a known quantity, Riot always feels the need to come up with some new, completely unrelated change, that has to be observed and balanced separately for a few patches, further convoluting the balance process. | ||

Except it's hardly a 10% decrease in damage, seeing as the base numbers are so good, and people practically speaking don't even get that much AD out of jungle till their Atma's is up. | ||

I also like the fact that they took into account the upcoming tournaments so they didn't want to overly fuck the meta. It shows that they're caring more about the competitive aspect. | ||
