I like Civ VI but I feel it's harder to see things than in Civ V, specifically if I improved a luxury tile (or any title for that matter)
Also not Pitboss multiplayer

One thing i've noticed as well, is that there seems to be some mechanic that causes deserts to shrink. I was playing a really long (400+ turn) game and i noticed a desert area near my Capital had shrunk from about a 5 hex radius to a 2 hex radius. Not quite sure what makes that happen though. Don't think I've seen that in VI, but in civ 2, there was a climate change mechanic. If you had a ton of industrialization and/or nuclear wars, the whole map could become filled up with swamp and desert tiles.

www.humblebundle.com The problem is you have to sign up to their monthly payment deal. (12$ a month and you get a few free games) But you can cancel immediately (or after Feb 2nd when you get a few more games).

In the super-late game, you could easily get into a position where you did not want to enact anything but the game demanded that you enacted something. And I once got a diplo-victory even though I put zero efforts into it (IIRC I was going for culture victory that game) It really felt like it was in the game to tick of a checkbox. If they bring it back in Civ VI, they better have re-made from scratch.

you end up having to catch up the first half of the game, and then you either outscale easily, or the AIs win science victory while you are 4 eras behind. It's such a shame. I probably like the Civ6 mechanics more than any previous Civ game, but the AI just ruins the game. I've sunk a couple hundred hours into it, but I won't get the expansion before I know they've improved the AI.

Apart from the awesome music/general love of history, my main reason for wanting to play 6 is to have a strategic game with better AI than Stellaris. Guess I'll think a bit over this month while Humble Bundle is still on...

Seriously though, I feel like it's the main area people should be innovating in the genre. Everything already looks great, and mechanics are deep enough. Just give me something which makes me think differently...
