I really don't think CIS and NA people relate with each other that much.

The latter part is true though.

Lots of people like Dendi and Puppey though, because they seem like very likeable and charismatic people. (For all I know, everyone on the other teams is at least as great a person, but you can only really judge from what you see on camera.)

No it really wasn't. The casters can skew your perspective on how things were going. It was 5k gold 5k xp at 15 minutes. Dendi puck lost in cs to tide mid

Doesn't help that the biggest Navi fanboy is the one doing the casting I guess

usually there are fans for both teams, but these audience are just disgusting.

Golf claps for this guy. No cheering, just silence out of respect for both sides.

Boo for Naga Siren on Orange, cheers for Naga Siren for Navi. Pretty biased if you ask me.

Bias towards the most popular team in the world and the fan favorite in seatle? Blasphemy!!!!!

It's kind of dumb when they only start chanting AFTER it becomes a meaningless stomp.

They started to chant as soon as Na'Vi stated owning the trilane?

Its weird that the Na'Vi fans would chant and that the Orange fans didn't have some magic ability to make sure the mics didn't pick it up......

Hopefully the next one would be in Asia then haha

I think in general the Asian crowd is more appreciative of the Western teams.

I imagine Navi and Alliance would get huge cheers there just like how very popular WC3 players like Grubby are there.

You think it would be any different if it was hosted in China? Home teams always get cheered more than away teams.

thats exactly why i said these audience are disgusting, navi/loda were hugely welcomed and cheered by the crowd when they were there.

Both were accurate assessments of the game. Orange was still fragile when they were ahead for a while. It was mostly a tower lead and a CCcombo could have turned a teamfight quickly (like it did that one time in the middle). Conversely Navi's lead was predicated on crushing Orange's most important hero's farm/supports. They were much further ahead, and Waga's commentary reflects that. Stop whining about the casters, they're all fine and different people prefer different things from the desk.

It's not like kyxy had openings to land good ravages. His team was always scattered and on the run.

They had openings, but every time those came up Ravage was on cooldown. Every time he ravages he was alone and it just like rage ulti before dying. So many fights where ravage coulda changed the team fight to orange's favour didn't happen cause the damn Ravage was on cooldown for 90% of the game.

yeah i agree, kyxy should have held his ravage instead of using it for no reason.

Yeah, I don't know what happen in his head, keep ravage for the next fight if you're going to die alone anyway. It was some LPQ mistakes.

You do realize that alot of the Western teams are highly popular in the East and get tons of cheers right? Loda, Dendi, Vigoss, and various other veteran players are insanely popular in China, and everytime they go there they get great cheers and almost everyone universally loves them there. They get a great amount of respect.
