I think a better answer is: Spam it on all heroes if you feel like you won't run out of mana in a crucial moment or you're trying to hide. | ||

Ive been playing a ganker (lina) and ive been generally getting the highest lvl in my play, is it because im stealing exp from other chars or is it just because im doing well? my strategy is so non existent i have no idea whats going on. thx! | ||
