How do archons sleep?

This is a question that is unclear for me, about lore.

Since Archons are this ball of energy around, how do they sleep?

I have mad a drawing to explan:

For example, if they lie down in bed, do archons damage the bed with their energy shield energies?
Do Protoss even have beds?

Also what about Dark Archons, do they sleep differently than Light Archons?
Are Archons light sleepers?

They don't sleep, but this is how archons specifically rest.

Since it comes from 2 High Templar maybe they take turns sleeping so the Archon is always awake

Archons, formed from the fusion of two templar, sleep the way same birds do, standing up, half of their brain at a time.

lol. Maybe they sleep only at night with the lights out. Hence the sleeping archons are called dark archons and the waking archons are called archons. Dark Archons dream of 600/600 supply
