The thing is he always had Puppey, or Puppey+S4 to call the shots for the team with him, those insane steals and plays the team relied on take a lot of attention, attention he'd miss when he's the clear leader of the team

Clearly Jerax is the better player mechanics and skill wise. It's all the other factors, why they probably pick up Bulba. His contributions to draft, strategy, calls, early game decisions, and different hero pool than jerax.

It would be terrible if Liquid settled on such an under achieving mediocre player after last year's run... Oh well, we will still support them even if the rumours are true and he'll drag down the team back to the level where TOP10 TI is a huge success like it was last time around. It'd be a big loss to have him Instead of Jerax, but still way better than no Liquid team so as long as we have a team, any team and this under achieving nice guy helps them stay together then disaster averted

But in terms of individual play an in-game strategic contribution, he hasn't seemed to provide anything notable in all the teams he's been on, short of pushing Clockwerk into the 2013 meta.

There's still hope people, even if Jerax is leaving I believe Kuro can pull out another young gun, you know... Someone with actual potential

RTZ said Bulba lead them through the early game. Kuro knows Bulba very well. If he wants bulba the player, in kuro I trust

But I wouldn't say Secret's early game was very notable at TI6, or markedly better or worse than the Secret without him.

And if you only play Clockwerk at tier 1 level you better be good early game. ![]()
