Way too cocky... again... I have to be honest - our boys didn't deserve to win today, VP were better. GG to them. And GL in the finals.

I'm totally fine with Liquid finding some success in off meta picks. I'm not fine with them picking a hero that they've already tried to make work and failed massively with every single time.

And to make matter worse, they got Oracle, so bursting a hero was not an opton. This forces you to all in on 20 mins gg. Sounds like a plan for a tear 2 team, Deffinateley bad draft. I just can't understand the mindset behind that, allining like that means you are scared of the opponent and can't win a normal game, And that make me scared and worried. Second TI Title will require more than that.

Second TI Title will require more than that. Yeah it wasn't the best draft but they tried something and that's fine. This is just another tournament at the end of the day for them and at least Kuro is being more experimental now. Before Liquid was having the same success that they have now at Majors except their picks were boring and mediocre at the same time. They can walk away from this tournament and learn something from that Game 3. I doubt they'll learn anything from their Game 1 because if they didn't learn their lesson the first 8 or so times in a row that they've failed to make Invoker work, I'm not sure they'll ever learn. Liquid does keep throwing at the high ground though.

This is not the way of respecting your fanbase, no problem if you lose and get your ass kicked when trying hard a giving everything you have, but losing with this kind of attitud makes me mad as a long time fan.

They are also getting top 4 every tournament they enter. As of now, there is nothing to worry in my opinion;)

This is quite a strong judgement about things that you can't reasonably judge as an outsider/spectator. Sure, I'm not too fond of my favorite always getting 2-1'd in semis either, but I don't think it is at all fair to say that TL doesn't give a fuck about these tournaments. Sure, the drafts didn't work and people might call them bad, but that's still a difference from drafting meme stuff for the lulz.

They may have stumbled this tournament but there's more tournaments to come. This is the most promising tournament for Liquid this DPC when it comes to drafting and I'm probably more happy that they experimented and lost than I would be if they didn't and won. They've won enough tournaments this DPC already, I don't want them to be stuck playing meta just for them to completely fall off at TI because they didn't experiment enough during the season. I want TI wins. Anything that convinces me that Liquid can potentially take a second TI victory is all I ask for and sometimes a major/minor win isn't enough for me personally.

This is not the way of respecting your fanbase, no problem if you lose and get your ass kicked when trying hard a giving everything you have, but losing with this kind of attitud makes me mad as a long time fan. They got top 4 and still seem to be having fun despite winning TI last year. Not sure what you wanted? They definitely have work to do if they want to be top 4 at TI but this wasn't TI and they are pretty much guaranteed to get to TI the way they've been playing. The other option would be to keep grinding and wear down their relationships and themselves. If they flame out at TI, then you can say you were right, but until then trust the boys know what they need to stay engaged with DOTA.
