I seem to be getting ignored left and right when I say Blizzard makes their games available to a very broad spectrum of computer users, including extremely low-tech ones. People here are going to be somewhere between pleasantly surprised and flabbergasted as to how low the system requirements are going to be to run SC2 and D3

That could be any number of problems, faulty RAM (unlikely), a bad hard drive, a crapping power supply, graphics card, and drivers.

Er, where do you even check this o_o graphics card: doubt it, unless its the power leading to this not working, D: drivers: ?? like vista service packs? o.o Also, doubt its overheatting, no dust in fan, doesn't feel that hot, got a minifan pointed at it as well D:

Q6600(Stock) 8800GT 4 Gigs(XP 32 bit, Yes I know it doesn't read all 4 GIGS) 500GB WD HD I've had this system for about 2 years and it's getting old, but I should be fine for most upcomming games that I'm interested in(SC2, D3, and some other Bioware titles).

Upgrade to an 8800GTS or 9800GTX and that thing will last you 5+ years, the G92 stepping is ridiculous, with the 8800GTS being 50+% faster than the GT and even a bit faster than the 9800GT, and the 9800GTX being a bit faster (i think?) than the GTS250, which takes two power plugs.

Dual Core 3.0 Ghz rated at 5.42 GHz NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256mb 3 GB ram 667 Hz 250 gb HD Seagate Win Xp 32 bit You'll be able to play, but I'm not sure at what settings with that video card(Lowish/Medium)? If at all possible, I would upgrade that card(You can upgrade to a 9800 GTX for around $130 assuming you don't need a bigger PSU).
