Not sure what that's supposed to mean, where you expecting an invite?, if you were I apologize in behalf of my team.
Unluckily, not everyone can be invited. Usually, not just for this but for tournaments in general, invitations are made based on popularity, which is gained by previous results and such. you can also be really bad like me, but be lucky enough to be on a good team and stream enough to be 'popular' despite only havin won a few small tournaments and the jtv invitational, I get invited to many tournaments. so there's some pointers I suppose, good luck in the future!

Great event you are running ROOTSunDevil, I look forward to the opportunity to view these highly skilled and professional players in the element, as the ever so exciting ic3d and Raelcun cast the enthralling matchups.

Wowzers, lotssss of Protoss. odd how there isn't a single mirror match, and only one TvZ!

Spoiler: 12 Protoss, 10 Terran and 10 Zerg are in this tournament. The lack of mirror matches is the result of my fiddling with the brackets to get that result on purpose! There will be another TvZ announced tomorrow also.

I'll be honest, I had no idea Fayth is still playing. This slow reveal is quite tantalizing!

Awesome to see so many big names taking part! Should be a Hell of a tournament! Since every single game cannot be cast by just one duo, can I formally request the chance to stream the compLexity players round 1 and 2 games?
|
Sick lineup! This gonna be so great to watch
|
Josh, and the others who have asked to cast, let me get back to you on that shortly. Thanks for your interest!

Was looking forward to this but now i see there is no EU players in it, not really a "big" tournament without EU players.

I thought I had made it so there were no mirrors or clanmates vs clanmates in Round 1. As such, I have changed the bracket by swapping Gretorp and PainUser to prevent a LG vs LG matchup in Round 1.

How does 1 get invited to these sorts of things?

I think the general idea is to be an extremely good player who competes in open and weekly tournaments on a regular basis. Being on a team helps.
