It's got even more cherry flavor than Code Red, which makes it taste even worse. Thought Baja Blast was okay, but nothing special. Kinda tastes like Sprite with some other fruity flavors to it. Original Dew's still the best by far. That's what it was. I completely forgot, but I tried this mountain dew flavor once in another state, but I couldn't remember the name of it. God, it was so good. I wish they had some up here in the northeast

Mountain Dew in America is a Unique lemon and lime kind of taste ... The Uk version which got re-released recently is slightly different to the American one i think. Because some of the ingredients (not sure which) aren't allowed here. So it tastes slightly different but it still isn't just lemonade. I also don't understand the comment about carbonated lemonade. Its a fizzy drink like many other fizzy drinks like Coca Cola or Sprite. Sprite is also a lemon and Lime drink and Lilt is pineapple and grapefruit not lemonade. Some weird confusion in this thread about a simple topic tbh Anyway from the ones ive tried when i was in America last... Orginal, Code red and Baja Blast... the Original is still the best flavour imo.

Back on the topic of Lemon beverages, I really need to figure this out. This is lemonade This is a carbonated lemon drink, not lemonade at all - Brits , do we agree?

However Pitch Black was by far the best Mountain Dew flavor ever made, and 2nd only to Crystal Clear Pepsi in my all-time favorite carbonated beverage list.

"Clear" lemonade: In many western European countries, the term limonade, from which the term "lemonade" is derived, originally applied to unsweetened water or carbonated soda water with lemon juice added, although several versions of sugar sweetened limonade have arrived on store shelves. "Cloudy" lemonade (U.K. term): In the U.S., Canada, Pakistan, India (Nimbu Paani), and Iran lemonade refers to a mixture of lemon juice, sugar, and uncarbonated water, although there are many versions which contain artificial flavors instead of actual lemon juice. In India, Nimbu Paani is a common household preparation, made using freshly-squeezed lemons, granulated sugar, salt, pepper (and other spices according to personal taste) and is invariably consumed fresh. "Fizzy" lemonade: In France, the modern use of the term limonade refers to sweet carbonated lemon soft drinks (the uncarbonated version would be called citronade). In Germany the term Limonade is used for sweet carbonated citrus soft drinks. Likewise, in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand the term mainly refers to a colourless, carbonated, sweet soft drink containing either natural or artificial lemon flavor, such as Schweppes Lemonade. When someone says Lemonade i think of the last one "Fizzy" lemonade. Sprite is not lemonade i agree
