and to post above me, hilarious and i agree "i think the orz are pretty obviously (just going by their language) supposed to be a sinister, hedonistic extradimensional entity with a "playful" nature that gets its kicks out of tactile sensations in truespace, including killing and wiping out races. i think the reason their behaviour is aberrant and all over the place is that they aren't being crafty about it; it's just an innate character of the entity to behave in a playful (i mean that without positive or negative connotations) way.
