The quality of tech support you get depends who you get on the phone, I was trying to troubleshoot some routing issues and the first guy I talked to barely knew what I was talking about and luckily for me the phone dropped, the next guy knew exactly what I was trying to figure out and even ran into the same problems previously.

Hey guys, I'm Calgary too. Kore, we've met back in 2010/2011 at a lan tourney I think... my tag is CBK (might have been ComebackKid back then). Anywho, not sure if anyone brought this up, but Telus is a much better provider in Calgary with a more robust infrastructure throughout the whole city. We switched from Shaw to Telus about five years ago and noticed the difference immediately. I hope that helps. | ||
