My best guess based on your exertional status is chronic exertional compartmental syndrome. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/chronic-exertional-compartment-syndrome/DS00789 It usually occurs in the legs, and occurs with a lot of exercise. So... that's all I got. May not actually be chronic but based on your post if it's lasting a long time then it's probably chronic. Shrug. | ||
