The most reliable way is to just do that on all of them while they are moving. The other method is pressing u and clicking in the middle of your overlords but in my experience it's really hard if not impossible to ensure every single overlord will continue moving. Granted if it's a massive drop I won't bother trying to manually unload, if it's more than 5 or 6 overlords it's probably better to try to click the middle of them and if one or two stop deal with it individually.
