No it doesnt go where the player has selected, it goes where the game thinks some action is occuring (where spells are being cast and units attacked and stuff). Thats why it scrolls totally dumb around in DotA (because creeps and heroes get attacked all the time everywhere on the map)... It has nothing to do with FP view... | ||

If it were a pure FPVOD style view, you would have to wait for Flash's screen to move, then your computer would think "omg it moved!", and then your screen would move -> takes too much time. There are already lots of games that implement a FPview of other individuals from within the game client. Most of which are FPS or TPS, but the principal behind the idea should be the same. I don't think it should be too difficult to pull off. It's something that I'd really like to see happen, but whether it does or not is another story. | ||
