So anyway she sees them and gives me this FREAKED OUT look and walks out of the line before ordering. man I hate having these nails, new people you meet dont know what to think and if you see them glance at your Girl Nails you sort of have to interrupt and explain. Working in a clothing store makes costumers also make assumption when they cast a glimpse of them. but at least i got a cup of coffee faster   | ||

who cares about what some women on the street thinks about your nails, if i play anything other than a nylon string my nails shatter so i have to use fake acrylics. or else use no nails at all and that is absolutely horrible trying to pick without nails plus i get that muted, meaty sound flesh makes :CCCCC i keep acrylics long on my right hand and cut my left hand nails real short. btw do you use your thumb or a thumb pick? | ||

I always have to explain my abnormally long and polished right hand finger nails to people. As a classical guitar player, you eventually learn to pick up when you're getting "the stare". At the beginning I'd always wonder what the fuck people were staring at. It'd always take me a while to figure out, or rather remember, that I had long finger nails on one hand. Now, usually I just lift my left hand, show them the non existant nails, exclaim the word "guitar", and let them figure out the rest. + Show Spoiler + Hell Yeah I'm That Cool. | ||

nails usually get stronger by that and when u play alot u strenghten them they become weapons | ||
