I don't like Dell especially their laptops. I personally use a Lenovo dell doesnt make the harddrives all dell does is put shit together.

Thank you for contacting Dell Online Customer Care. I apologize you are experiencing this delay. Dell is making every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, however, the most current information we have is that your order would be delivered by 1/12/09 and the delay is due to the unavailability of certain components. If you would like to cancel the order you can reply to the same e-mail. they even urge me to cancel. lol and that's what i shall do.

FUCK. what aggravates me is that i can't cancel the order... if i were to buy the same laptop at best buy or future shop, it would be 200 dollars more, money i don't have it offers the best deal for what i want, but it has the shittiest service... FUCK. guess i have to wait. anyways, for those of you who will say that 1525 sucks, it does what i need, it saves me money. You basically just answered your own rant. Dell gives you more computer for the buck, because they're a company that cuts costs by outsourcing tech support and cutting a lot of the customer amenities to increase efficiency. Feel lucky to have this choice. There are an amazing amount of humans on this earth whose consumer decisions are centrally (read inefficiently, illogically and idiotically) made.
