If I recall correctly it will not be removed from your journal but if its complete when you warp to the bookmark in your journal there will no longer be the initial warpgate to the plex.

Thanks. Seems like the guy didn't get me to 100% before I noticed his probes on d-scan or if he did, he didn't care to finish the plex. If he did get the warp-in on me he would have to warp to the initial gate and find me within the plex right?

Yes, if you're in a deadspace pocket anyone warping to your scan result (or to a fleet member in the site) will go to the initial acceleration gate.

Working that closely was always playing with fire. I've assumed MIEF moved into Warlords in preparation for AT to split the player pool, right? Then bringing the same setups, sharing uniques, etc. didn't leave much doubt about it being one team split into two.

All it took was one or two guys (it seems) to go over the line and fix matches. Sucks for all of the guys on the teams that weren't involved, clearly still the best two teams. Would have been more interesting to see them go all-out when playing each other, though.
