I took all the pocos in the local area and went on tour when I had good wormholes. Ended up taking some pretty high value ones, barren planets 4j from Jita. Successfully hit Jan, which is the ur dunked (Snuff alts) home system, Aurohunen, Dantumi etc. Those were tough to hold though as they were using supers to take them back and without wormholes were a bit of a commute.
As I took more and more pocos they responded in typical Snuff fashion with neutral alts in covert cyno ships everywhere and got a few kills like this.

I adapted a little and started using t1 shitfit vexors to ref things with artynados on standby to kill the cyno recons while saccing the vexors.

Plus hitting their alts when they left them afk in highsec, just for laughs.

They struck back a few times. Once they rolled through Black Rise and Lonetrek with dreads and reffed every pocos that wasn't theirs in both regions which meant hitting another group called SL0W. Twice they used some merc (or out of alliance alt) multiboxing polarized talos to ref my stuff. They mostly blueballed the timers and I was able to chase the talos guy off with an afterburner harpy vs his 20 talos.
Then they tried their own talos, this time under a blops umbrella. That was pretty funny. I grabbed two harpies again, plus some artynados, and VoV was nearby and showed up with a lach. I dropped the harpies on the talos blob and killed two to kick things off. In classic Snuff fashion they decloaked their rapier to bring in the blops support. I promptly jumped in the artynados and killed the rapier.
Undeterred they decided that with their talos fleet still mostly alive and an overwhelming blops force on grid they could still finish off my pocos. They successfully killed one and started anchoring their own but I'd reached out to SL0W and they managed to scrape together a dozen bombers. I used an indy cyno venture to tackle a 2.5b panther and we took that down, despite them panic bringing in an apostle and despite it not actually being pointed by anyone. We then killed their anchoring poco and replaced it with a new one of our own, holding the field and taking the day.

I continued poking them and they just stopped trying to defend and started just repping them up with a mino under a blops umbrella, recognizing that there really wasn't much I could do to a mino and that they could just ignore me. I asked around to see if anyone was interested in an untanked mino in space and dropped 30 talos on it.

They actually responded extremely quickly and effectively. The moment the talos fleet entered local they rage formed and by the time the talos were on grid their response fleet was together. They brought in a shitload of blops headed by an abyssal/officer fit marshall with fax support. Unfortunately for them the marshall also got nuked of grid by the talos.

For a month after that they've been a lot quieter and I've mostly left them alone. I joined SL0W because I wanted some blues in the area that I could call on if I tackled something but don't really fly with them ever because they're nullsec and I'm lowsec. The DAWGS corp out of Villasen seem useful neighbours to be friends with though.
Then this last week they woke up and decided that they were going to get back at me by permacamping the SL0W nullsec system and shooting SL0W structures. It's an interesting choice because I don't really think of myself as being in SL0W in any meaningful sense. I don't go to their space, I don't use their structures, I don't go on their defence fleets etc. They've been watching with a certain amount of confusion because they're getting demands like this:

but the SL0W ratting ishtars literally don't know who this KwarK fella is. They’ve never seen me or interacted with me, I’m out in lowsec.
They seem to think we're much friendlier than we are, despite SL0W killing a vargur of mine that was following an escalation

Presumably if they successfully deny ratting in YI for long enough then I'll be forced to leave them alone because that's how this works.
Today Trottel is on reddit saying that I scammed them which is an interesting interpretation of him issuing a series of demands of me because I'm powerless and me arranging for the death of 2 minos, a marshall, a panther, a bunch of talos/recons, and 83 customs offices.
