I think exercise would have two impacts. If young, you lose game time and thus probably see small impact from the positives of physical exercise. If older you can't use the physical exercise time for more game time due to health reasons and thus any gains are pure gains.

Hey folks, interesting question! It's true, physical fitness has widespread benefits. I wonder if a quick session focusing on reaction time, then relaxing with a game like Slope Game to test reflexes, would be a good balance. Perhaps incorporating short, active breaks could enhance focus during longer gaming sessions.
