I'm not sure many understand the difference either way. I "updated" the OP and added that you could simply double check witht he TL calendar (obviously you have to substract an hour for check-in, but it should be doable)

well, it's nice of you, to bring it to our attention. However, it is tricky as you mentioned, coz Europe goes back to CET on Sunday. I hope, that the update in the OP will clarify things.

no, you gotta check in on incup im afraid. This is an inStarcraft.de event after all. ICCup is however very friendly and cooperative with doing server announcements and a newspiece. The link for signup/check-in is in the OP.
