I'm gonna eat a huge bowl of pho when I get home. New Orleans has amazing Vietnamese food because we have so many immigrants. Plz, CA best viet food. Westminster baby. Competition so stiff there, a large bowl of pho is only 3-4 bucks.
Cali has good Korean and CHinese food. Their pho is meh. Come on, I went to a high school where 30/130 of the graduating class was Nguyens.

Better to drink small amounts of good hard liquor IMO. My friends and I have this thing where we each buy one bottle to make a couple drinks that we like, then we just trade and visit so we have a pool of some fancy nice stuff instead of like 20 of Wave or Taaka.

Requizen you should post pictures of your Necrons once you've finished painting them. I for one, am curious as to how they turned/are going to turn out.
|
I plan on it. I've gotten some decent painting tips from the Warhammer Tabletop thread (since I'm pretty new to modeling and painting), so hopefully it'll work out. I'll have to go drop a bunch of money on paints and brushes though -.-
|
Well I mean there is a reason why some people say that crack is cheaper than Warhammer Tabletop. Stuff has the potential to get very expensive very fast. But hopefully you enjoy your (expensive) new hobby.
|
I honestly do. I forgot how zen it can be snipping out units and then building them, despite how annoying the arms on the warrior model are. Partially because of the glue fumes, I'm sure.

Give more specifics, location and price and I can help out more. Let's say South Bay near San Jose up to around Palo area.
Don't care about prices lol.

That's in a lot of places. I keep hearing about American microbrew this year but we've had plenty for a long time up here in Canada. I think you guys just think your in mecca since your normal beer is such piss no offense!~

+ Show Spoiler +But for real though, he's not saying we have the worlds best beer, but saying we don't have good beer at this point is pretty silly. Also german beer is overrated, there, I said it.

I'm assuming all of you have tried ginger beer?

Ginger beer to me tasted like half ginger ale half pine cone and no alcohol.

Gone Home was pretty good, more of a story than a game, reminds me of The Walking Dead in that regard. A little expensive for how short it is, but if it ever goes on sale (which I'm sure it will at some point) I highly recommend it.

So an old-fashioned adventure game? I may acquiesce.

Not even, you just kind of solve it by exploring, no real puzzles or combining items to advance like Sam & Max. I think you'd like it Req, based on the other games you've talked about playing.

I have a couple games (on top of my owned library) that I want to pick up, like The Swapper and Ni No Kuni, I'll add this to the list.

I got The Swapper during the Summer Sale and still need to play it. Actually I got a lot of games from the Summer Sale I still need to play
- Antichamber
- Gunpoint
- The Swapper
- Monaco

Antichamber is pretty great if you like pure puzzle games. I knocked it out in two nights (though it could be done in one if you don't get distracted like me), even then it was worth the pricetag imo.
