Actually, when you look at the "threat" in context, it's less a "I hope you, Genna, can get punished" and more a "I hope one in general can get punished". In other words, he hopes it is illegal to make private chats public without everyones consent.

The funny thing is that he always points out how "toxic" communities are when they withhunt or attack public figures because the provide a valueable service, but now he is doing the exact same thing even though he is completly wrong, but he has not the balls to admit it.

People just like the drama and the underdog. If you make yourself look like the humble one being preyed upon by someone bigger and badder than you, everyone will love you. No one cares about who is right and who isn't. They just want to cheer for someone who is easiest to like while they egg other people on and stir up the drama while doing their best to drive people out of the SC2 scene.

Pretty much. Nobody gives a shit about the game. All that matters is the drama.

There was "Fuck take" and "we can talk this out, im still up for it" and you dont see the difference? The only thing you do is create drama and then complain about it like always.
yeah, this right here. The responses were 100% different. I don't see how you could call it any other way =/

That is absolutly not what is happening here. People already explained what the HUGE difference between the are, but TB will just ignore it so can live in his bubble where he is in the right completly and Take is the one who deserves to be harassed over Twitter. Or could you explain or justify why Take deserves to be insulted publically on TB's Twitter ?

Despite whatever may be the issue you have to realize that threatening with a lawsuit is a 100% sure way to make enemies. If you expect otherwise then you're not very bright.
Wait wait wait...... so if someone has ground for a civil lawsuit against someone for making private information public and they mention legal actions may be needed due to the actions of the party at fault then they are just stupid asshats?
Maybe I'm just not bright as you said but maybe when your wife fucks up and does something wrong like this, where potential legal action could be a realistic problem you probably shouldn't verbally attack the other party AND the community that will be devouring every single word put out there. MAYBE you should instead talk to your wife, and decide as a couple that you should step back, shut the fuck up, and let it blow over in two days like you know it will. But instead he just has to pour fucking gasoline on a little tiny fire and turn it into this.
TIL If you have a reason to take legal actions against someone and you mention it (on a public forum wasn't the best idea but lets remember who made it all public) you are "not very bright"
Logic..... weird..

In Germany it actually is, it's the same law/set of laws that makes it illegal to record e.g. a phone conversation without consent. ("Persönlichkeitsrecht")

We have similar laws in the US, but they only cover audio recordings, not written correspondence. There is an implied understand that anything you put in an email or letter can be released or shown to others. That’s why written contracts are preferable to verbal ones. Unless an NDA was signed, I do not believe there would be any legal action that Take could bring against them. Also, they are a US company, so it could be very very costly for him to bring that action.

Overrides any expectation of privacy, that is the single dumbest fucking this I have seen anyone say during this entire ordeal. You just became worse than the most fail trolls I have ever seen.

The German law doesn't cover written correspondence either. What Genna did isn't illegal in Germany. What Take could do if he can proof that Acer (or someone else) won't do any business with him due to those chat logs, he could sue Genna for compensation.
(But IANAL!)

No one is shitting on anyone. Please stop being a delusional fanboy. You still haven't answered how is TB in the right and justified to witchhunt, insult and blame Take publically for all of this. I am eagerly awaiting an explanation.
You know what Take did, he manned up and apologised for what he did wrong. You know what TB does, he spouts his hateful and ignorant rants at everyone who does not agree with his childish bevahiour.
