Also just basic logistics. I've been at an airport (forget which one, was a while back) where all the restaurant options for our terminal were OUTSIDE security. So we either had to get chips and stuff from the small news stand, or had to leave the secure area, eat, and then go through the security checkpoint (and line!) again.
Of course there were no signs warning you of this, so we didn't find out until we passed security and asked someone what our food options were while waiting for our flight.

NJ has these trailers/roadside shops that sell "Fat Sandwiches" and they are pretty fucking good. I had the "Fat Bitch" and it was a sub with meatballs, fries, and cheese. Delicious. Grossly unhealthy? Yah. Worth it? Definitely.

It has taken me 3 hours to get from my house to the capital (Maseru) and it has also taken me 7 hours. It's different ever freakin time haha.
One time I was on a bus for 6 hours, and stood for 4 of them. I spent the last two using sitting on the right knee of one man and the left knee of another sharing their brandy they took for the ride. Wasn't even the worst situation. There was a sheep with its legs tied under the bus (where the luggage goes) for 5 hours, ha!

I'm taking Megabus home, much cheaper than flying and I can spare the extra 3 hours.

Megabus, Bolt Bus, and other buses like that are super nice. Dirt cheap and rather quick. Too bad they only go to major cities, but they have been expanding their routes. I definitely suggest searching these options when looking for cheap travel.

It is quite the experience.
One of my friends just got a teaching job in SK for one year through some program. I have no idea why I am teaching in Lesotho when I could be teaching in SK and trying out for LG-IM #1 and #2.

Is the train system any better? I assume they have express trains you can use to bypass some of the more highly congested areas.

These grease truck #1. I've only really seen it at Rutgers Brunswick though. Don't really see much else in NJ.

I know everyone hates on it but this Call of Duty reveal event is pretty sweet.

Console FPS (Black Ops 2, and Halo Reach before that) is my esports guilty pleasure.

I've never watched any FPS esports before. What makes them so entertaining in your opinion?

As someone who enjoys his isometric/top-down perspectives in general, watching something from first-person just completely changes the experience. In a good way. You can't get the impressive team dynamics and strategies going on just as well, but man is it cool to see someone whip around a blow an enemy's head off or pull some other glitchy bullshit rocket jump that wins the game.

FPS are generally more tense and hype at all times because rounds are short. It's also way more reliant on execution than strategy than a MOBA or RTS, which is fun to watch as well.

I actually got into sc2 from watching halo at MLG..
I used to love Halo up to like 3? my brother even hooked our xbox1 up to some website that would trick your xbox into thinking it was on a LAN with another xbox over the internet so we could play the original Halo online. Those were good times until people mastered charge blaster into pistol lol.

Sorry for derailing the topic, but does anyone know of free parking hotels in LA? Looking to minimize cost of potentially going to S3.

Make a friend who lives in LA. I hear driveways are free parking.

I'm going to screw my ratatouille and have to deal with the result for 5 meals from the amount I've made. Talking food is nice and motivating till you actually try when you aren't good at it. >_>

Halo is one of my favorite games, but I dislike how Microsoft revised the lore after Bungie left the franchise.
Not a fa of Call of Duty. Graphics are good, but the quality of the games as a whole is pretty low.

Your best bet would be to find a hotel near a train station and then take that to downtown instead of staying downtown.
