It probably would've otherwise cost me $100 in steaks to discover the 130-135F internal is medium-rare. And then I'd be eating reheated steaks for 2 weeks.
I probably need to spend $100 in steaks just to learn how to cook the damn things right.
My steaks never come out right and never at medium rare when I want them to. So far cast iron skillet cooking has given me the best results, but then sometimes I get the steaks at the Japanese market that are "thin cut" and that just throws everything off.
Money's not really a super huge issue for me, just something I'm taking into account.
I looked at Imperial Guard. I really did. But their HQ structure is kind of a mess imo and I dislike the random assortment of models for the Guardsmen. I mean, I don't need everything to look the same, but a degree of uniformity in the, you know, uniforms is something that really irks me if it's not there. If I could field just like tanks and Basilisks, I probably would.
Iirc it's more or less possible. Or maybe it was changed. I remember a pal laughing at the idea of being able to field almost only tanks, and getting 14 in a single army.

Well and correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the Imperial Guard vehicles some of the best in the 40K tabletop? I understand that the Guardsmen are quite weak, but I heard that they had some pretty good vehicles.
I guess I'm just saying that I'd play Imperial Guard in a heart beat. Commisars, Baneblades, Basiliks.... rools*
I'm actually okay with all the races, except the Eldar. Man I just don't like those guys.
On the topic of Warhammer 40k, has does anyone here play Dawn of War?
IG are pretty high up in tiers right now if 1d4chan is to be believed. They're pretty much always going to be good with the sheer amount of long range firepower they can field and meatshield (read: everything else) they can put between their big guns and the enemy.
Space Marines will never not be good, they're the poster child for the whole game. With the separate armies (Grey Knights, Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Ultramarines), you'll always have at least one chapter that's good.
But yeah, I think Imma go Necrons. Look at this shit.

Sous vide, perfect steaks everytime.
Ain't nobody got time for that.....just get a nice cut (ribeye) and cook it well, either doing the stove + oven method () or "rotisserie" method ().
My condolences. Logan is a burning hellhole on the crossroads of delayed and security checkpoint. Thank everything that you're at least in the airport already.
How long the lines are. How much traffic at the airport, and how much traffic it causes in surrounding areas. How busy it is. If there's sufficient parking. How many delays. Etc etc.
