Yeah that's basically it, you've got PACA (for Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, which is basically "all that mediterranean south coast that swarms with tourists and is shown on TV"), rarely IDF for Île-de-France (the small region where Paris is), and the rest we use the full names.
Alright, I'm playing through FE: Radiant Dawn, and have a question for you guys: Edward or Zihark on hard mode? I'm a bit split on them, since Ed gets better stats and gets his own weapon in micaia's chapter 3, but Zihark has that earth affinity. The decisions too hard yo.
Basically you can bet fake money on people's MUGEN characters in AI fights. It's not balanced at all but there's an art to knowing who is OP and when you think an underdog might win. It's a pretty great time waster.

I'm a bigger fan of Zihark. But I also think I had Path of Radiance save boosts. You can pair him with dolan for some great evasion bonuses.
I like Zihard more too. I don't think Edward even has that many better stats than Zihard, IIRC Zihark gets a LOT more resistance while Edward gets a tiny bit more of everything else (or maybe the other way around). Both wouldn't be a bad choice either, since Edward gets his special weapon you can use both of them in the endgame :p
Also, I fkin love snipers in the endgame. I never had a playthrough with leveled Leonardo but if I did another playthrough I would do it with him carrying my stuff.

The answer to any question regarding 40k is "check the price tags once more".
This is my issue. I want to play either Tyranids or Necrons, I'm just deciding between right now. Tyranids seem, on a whole, to be more expensive (monstrous units and HQ units being pricey, needing to field huge numbers of Gaunts or Stealers and having to buy all those models), but I think I like them a bit more stylistically. Though, Necrons seem easier to paint and more well-rounded as far as combat options are concerned (Nids are either swarm or big units, with few actual shooty bits among the claws and teeth).

I'm also just indecisive :\
Which ones are the Protoss?
Play that one.
Sort of eldar, I guess? I dislike them tho. Tyranids are Zerg and Necrons are Egyptian robot zombies in space

I know nothing about 40k, but when a friend showed me his Tau stuff, I thought of Protoss.

Tyranids have the coolest monsters tho. Carnifexes and Hormagaunts are sick as hell.
