Not always, but then again airline tickets work in mysterious ways. I remember it costing me just as much to fly to NY as it would to Tokyo in certain seasons. | ||

I've never taken the local train, but I think they have a number of different passes. Single trip, round trip, day passes, weekend passes, 7-day passes... some of them even link up with bus rides on one ticket. | ||
