One option we have is to lynch Acro. We know he doesn't contribute to the town damage output formula against Lavos. Lynching him might be the least risky option if the remaining mafia player is one of Keirathi/Adam/Prom/Hapa/Hope. With some luck, he might even turn out to be an anti-town player. I think this might be our best option. that would be so cold at this point.
Lynching a player that isn't town isn't cold if it is your best bet for being successful.
The alignment check was cruel to his chances, but its the way the game plays out.

He deserves to win for the effort he has put into the game and our win con says nothing about lynching third parties. He should claim his win con though, it's clearly at least partly anti-town.
I might be willing to a pardon for good behavior if he's willing to claim fully, but otherwise he should be considered today.

I'm not going to say I told you so, because that's incredibly non-helpful.
What I am going to do is say that today you either lynch me or austin. No one else. Its that simple.
Either kill the scum in front of you, or hang me out of this friggen game. PLEASE.

Oh, I was roleblocked last night.

Adam, can you ask the hosts how your ability works in the boss fight? Are you still a conditional vigi, or do you do straight-up damage shots?
As for myself, my fire-damage protection ability is worthless (Lavos apparently doesn't do fire damage, period.). However, my flamethrower ability is a straight-up 100 damage shot when targeting Lavos - no collateral damage.
|
Yeah, I can ask.
I'm going to assume that I'll still need to predict who is going to die, which will be no one unless Lavos has some kind of damaging ability to go with his roleblocks.

Oh right, yeah he does have damaging abilities. My early morning reading sucks.
Yeah, Ill still be predicting for my shot.

Its pointless either way, even if we only have 10 townies out of the 13 players remaining, hes taking 450 damage a cycle before night actions. Add 100 from Hapa's flamethrower, 75 each from Syllo and Oats, GK's damage, Hopeless damage.
Unless he plans to come and spew death over the entire town, his death will be swift. I'm predicting dead after 3 cycles.

I cant do 75 damage anymore I didnt get hit/rb. Yeah I think austin is scum.

##Lynch: austinmcc ##Epoch: End of Time
Austin because by elimination he has to be scum.
End of Time in honor of CJ.

I have an ability that should be useful against lavos; in fact, I've two good abilities that I haven't used yet due to finding rb+track slightly better and because I have to switch between stances to use my other two abilities. The optimal usage depends on how much damage lavos dishes out though.
Prom, I think you should use only your damage sharing ability
Goodkarma I don't remember how your stacking works, but you should get rid of any stacks you may have right now if you need to do that to start new stacks on lavos
We probably don't need to do any planning to win, but might as well
|
Should we claim our HP after we wipe out the scum?
Good information for healers to have, only drawback I can see is if a 3rd party wants to mess with us and snipe our low HP'ers.
|
Syllo. I plan on it. I've been stacking shields on a pro town player with a vig ability. During the battle with lavos I will be using my damage share with town vigs and pointing my mad hatter at Lavos.
|
The only people who are not name claimed are:
Imp Risen Keir Syllo and Acro
I think it is time for full claims so that we, as a town, can work together to fight lavos.
|
Kita, why are you so focused on 3rd party? I don't get it. There 100% is a scum left since lavos was not summoned. That is who we should focus on.
|
So prome, who do you think is the last scum?
|
I'm torn: on the one hand I think it is Austin. But on the other I don't get what scum have been doing if he is since that would mean that there is no one they are setting up for the endgame. I think at this point it might be wise to no-lynch, rb anyone we find suspicious since syllo and kita can both rb and stack heals/prots while we hold town kp for lavos.
|
Ok, who is suspicious? And since you want to stack heals, is it a good idea to claim hp now? Or else it kinda wastes the heals if they are used on the wrong people
|
That is the thing. I'm trying to find a way to make sense of the mafia motivation for any of the suspicious players to be scum. Like, scum had to suck butt for this to happen when 5/6 of them are dead and the last dude is asking to be rb'd to oblivion. I'm just having trouble wrapping my mind around any scum play that isn't five guys dying quietly to set up the sixth for the end game but this isn't a normal game. Long story short=everyone is suspicious. I think hp claims make more sense after lavos pops and scum kp disappears. healers are smart, they can figure out their targets.
