Chris Mitchell @MitchellChris: @Goro87 Jessica.
...That's all, folks. This is front page news, this is HUGE. This blows open the whole thing, manager J was RIGHT, even I thought that was a stretch and one of the least likely scenarios! Ya , this is such a piece of official statement by razor. I believe every single word of it. It doesn't have to be official. That razer guy deals with sponsorships for them. He was on chanman v's show recently talking about sponsorships. I'd believe him to know if razer intended to sponsor MMA. I don't know if the sponsorship he is talking about is the same one as what the whole manager J thing is about. DO NOTE that Jessica used company N and S, however I believed she used company R to refer to Razor sometime back ( i think it is when she was talking about manager J being a former employer of Razor? ) Also, in manager MMA's account, Jessica took the sponsorship and GAVE TO Boxer, but Christ is saying Jessica turned down his offer. I can't help but wonder if they are talking about the same incident here. Thats all im saying. Some random tweet does not give so much detail as to determine what was really going on. It doesn't have to be the same sponsorship account, nor do the details need to match up. What matters is that Jessica rejected a personal sponsorship offer that was supposed to go to MMA for whatever reason and confirms that MMA did have reason to be worried and "gullible."
Of course it matters. Because we know nothing about this very sponsorship. And Jessica might have reached an agreement with MMA to turn it down and did it on his behalf. Im saying MIGHT here. Really there is no information and you guys are drawing to a conclusion too quick. What Christ says might mean a lot, and it might also mean nothing. If only there are information like when this sponsorship was given, it is going to help the situation a lot. But nothing!
Also, there is actually a part in Jessica's first account on the matter how Slayers lost all the sponsors. I believe she said manager J was meddling with the negotiation giving sponsors ridiculous terms and stuff. Obviously when you delegate such negotiation to a questionable character ( YES YES YES J might be a good guy but just follow the logic here), this guy might have told Jessica that the sponsors are asking for ridiculous stuff too ! Maybe thats why the sponsorship was turned down?
Lastly, Razor announced withdrawal of sponsorship to slayers 19 June. If the personal offer was made after that, Jessica has perfect reason to reject it as most likely the offer will now allow any competitor to sponsor MMA( team sponsorship should be included, MMA cannot wear competitor's logo and stuff right?). As a manager, I believe the smart thing to do is to turn it down, so that it is possible to find interested competitor of Razor to sponsor the whole team ! And MMA as a member of the team, has to make certain necessary sacrifice.
Im not trying to defend Jessica and Boxer, just saying, do not jump to conclusion too fast. The mud may be much deeper than you thought.

Bad management is bad at managing.
Its not like a sponsorship requires anything in return.... all MMA would have had to do was accept cash and continue to play SC2.
So bad.
Its hilarious that someone who mismanaged the team so badly would also mismanage her exit and misjudge the situation.
This is all self inflicted by Jessica...... and she's so deserving of it.
Sponsors require nothing in return ? It is not charity kiddo. You gonna wear the logo and you cannot receive sponsorship from his competitors ! Joke

As a manager, you should keep your players informed especially if it involves them.
How can you foster trust if you make decisions haphazardly as Jessica has shown time and time again? I'd be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt if she didn't have an entire history of jumping the gun.

If the personal offer was indeed made on Feb, I think it should be quite set that Razor would stop sponsoring Team Slayers in June right ( Withdrawal of sponsorship cannot be to rush of a decision I think) ? If a player get personal sponsorship from Razor, obviously he would not be wearing jersey with logo of competitors, which, may be interested in sponsoring Team Slayers after Razor pulls out. This might be a concern at that time. You asked for a reason to reject the sponsorship, I just gave you one. Q.E.D

As a manager, you should keep your players informed especially if it involves them. How can you foster trust if you make decisions haphazardly as Jessica has shown time and time again? I'd be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt if she didn't have an entire history of jumping the gun.
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. But as I said in previous posts. The razor sponsorship might not be the same incident that MMA and Jessica are talking about. We know nothing about it. That is all im saying.
