There's a genetic component to disliking the taste of taste of cilantro (or coriander, as the rest of the world calls it).

sriracha makes everything wonderful!

Sounds so good, I have got to try this!

That looks awesome, i'll have to try it.

I just figured out that your website has an RSS feed. Life is now that much better.
Question for you: Do you think someone who doesn't like cilantro would like this dish? My girlfriend is crazy about it, I can't stand the stuff.

Mmm, I always love wings that don't completely go crispy.

The cilantro flavoring is very very light in this dish. :D my goal was to highlight the lime and sriracha more than anything, so cilantro is definitely playing a supporting role here.
you can totally leave out the cilantro if you want!

I suck at cooking, stopped and laughed at "2 teaspoons (~9.6 ml) of cumin"

I would eat this no question. When is the big ole TL cookout when you make food for all of us, huh?

Ok so I just ate a huge pizza and this thread still manages to make me hungry. Hot damn that chicken sounds tasty.

But that does sound very tasty. :D You can definitely do a salt, pepper, and cumin rub on a piece of salmon. Maybe with some sort of lime/sriracha glaze ontop of that salmon (or shrimp)? Grilled shrimp or salmon with those flavors would be pretty good! I've actually never cooked or eaten swordfish, so I'm not sure how well those flavors would blend.
I guess I'll just have to try this with swordfish then, and tell you how it is!

My mouth is watering so much it hurts and my tongue is thrashing aimlessly from upper to lower lip. I think I know what it's like to be delirious now. God damn those look good.

This looks amazing, and one that's well within my realm of making. Might just try that marinade with some breasts/thighs or something instead of wings, since I have those atm lol.

Needs something red. I wouldn't have guessed these were sriracha wings just by looking at them.
