If the blood is dark red, then the bleed is somewhere up the GI tract and probably a more serious problem, if its bright, then its near the rectum (hemorrhoids). If its hemorrhoids: Get some exercise and stop sitting on cushioned chairs. Also don't strain when you take a shit, it can pop a blood vessel. Eat more fiber. | ||
