Been an Asian i love to eat hot food and sometimes i have to
For the past few month, every time when I eat some hot, the next day i take poop, there is blood on my shit, but somehow my asshole doesn't hurt at all, actually my ass doesn't feel abnormal at all.
and again when i eat soft western food, my shit is normal.
I have told this to my friend and my friend told me its normal (WDFFF), i trusted him at first but now this kind worries me.
fuck, should I call doctor to look up ass? that's sounds so embarrassing dude.
South Park had an episode where Billy Mays was selling Chipotle-away. Removes blood from underwear... Of course that was a joke, could be useful here though...
have you been putting things up your bum? this can happen if something sharp gets in there, you might've even sat on some glass and got it up there somehow. also straight people have anal sex i hear...

I'm guessing he was hoping to cover all this with the no homo attachment.
Probably just hemorrhoids. Not a big deal. Get some Prep-H (comes in cream and wipe form) and use it. Just look around for your local drug store for cream/wipes with Phenylephrine and/or Witch Hazel.

Wouldn't hemorrhoids hurt or itch by the time they are bleeding though?

Internal bleeding would come out as black more than red. If it's blood, it's something closer such as hemorroids or another similar problem. But yeah, consulting a doctor is a no brainer obviously.
Go see a doctor. Blood in your stools can mean a variety of things. Your doctor will most likely take a history of your symptoms, most likely examine you, and at that point he/she'll ask for a blood test and decide whether to refer you to the hospital for further tests.
I know it feels embarrassing but hang in there. It is most likely nothing but it is better to be safe than sorry.

if the internal bleeding is near the end it wont come out black but red
Indeed, should just contact a dr for any health issue, Internet health advise is always risky. I can also pretty much guarentee your dr isn't going to be like "WTF, I've never heard of anything like that! You freak!!!" so don't be embaressed. He'll have seen it before, he'll know what steps to take, and any awkwardness will really just be your perception of things.
If you don't have any pains at all and the blood is bright red, it shouldn't be anything super serious. Probably some part of your intestines doesn't react well to hot stuff. Still worth checking out if it keeps happening regularly. Black-ish blood is a bad sign and should be checked out straight away as the bleeding is far further up within the body then.
Hopefully it isn't a form of inflammatory bowel disease.
Ive had my ass bleed after eating alot of hot food as well. Mine was related to having to shit 4-5 times the next day and constantly wiping it over and over started to break the skin, and a small amount of blood would show up on the paper.

depends on what color the blood is. darker blood (blackish, brownish) indicates an issues with your innards (could die), brighter (red) indicates an issue closer to your anus (e.g., hemmorhoids, tearing while taking a big shit, etc.). the former YOU NEED to go to the doctor, the latter if it is recurring, go to the doctor, but if its sporadic, dont worry so much.

its actually a good issue to discuss on tl because one of the major causes of hemorrhoids, which cause bleeding in your ass, is ..... constant sitting.

I'd see a doctor. You could possibly have a hole in your intestinal tract as spicy food eats at the mucus lining. This has got to be one of the oddest threads I've replied to on TL.
I've been periodically plagued with that stuff. It can get so painful that I can't stand upright, and when I take a shit, blood literally pours from my anus. Solution is to eat more fiber, drink more water and not strain yourself when you're on the toilet.. Life sucks..

With fissures you generally should avoid anything that would make you strain when going to the toilet for the next few weeks. Your doctor will probably give you something that will help to soften up your stools making it easier to go to the toilet, as well as some cream for the fissures themselves.
Fissures characteristically cause a LOT of pain so it is very unlikely that the OP has them.

Had the same thing a couple of years ago and my doctor said its was hemoroids. Probably the same thing again...
If the Blood is bright red, and I mean bright. It could just be a small fissure where your bleeding right as the poop leaves the rectum. Which this isn't too bad a problem IMO since you just need to not push as hard to get it out. However if the blood is darker, then go to doctor immediately since this may be a sign of internal bleeding.
I had fissures and they came and went over a period of a month. 1 week I had them, the next I didn't but just being cautious after a month everything healed and was fine. So GL to you D:

the amount of pain, or whether or not there even is pain, depends on where the fissure is located. I've had fissures with a lot of blood and zero pain, and I've had fissure-like pain that makes me want to end my life (seriously) without actual bleeding. Fissures seem more likely than hemorrhoids at any rate. Or some kind of irritation caused by the specific food he is eating (basically, stop eating that type of food as much if you think that is the cause)
If I were to make a diagnosis based on what we know of the case, I'd say it's most likely hemorroids. Does your asshole itch? Do you stain your underwear sometimes with "water"?, that would make the diagnosis more likely.
Anyways, you need a doctor, he'll tell you what type of hemorroids you have and the appropriate treatment.
As an advance, the most important part of the treatment is appropriate diet. Avoid irritants (such as really spicy food), and avoid constipation (drink lots of water, don't hold your desire to shit, avoid cheese, eat more vegetables).
Most likely internal hemorrhoids as the blood is bright red.
Give it a week and see if there is any improvement. Since you said there is no pain then dont bother with Hemorrhoid creams. You risk damaging the area by shoving your finger up your ass.
So yeah just give it a week but until then I wouldnt worry about it.
Also it's doubtful that its a fissure because fissures are caused by spasms in the anal muscles and this would cause quite a bit of sharp pain.
Did you leave something in your hole and forgot about it? lol just kidding. I dont think you need to see the doctor. Just avoid those food that make you sick. Eat others food. Even if you did go to the doctor all they will tell you is you need some diet thats it.
Contact a doctor. I've got Crohn's disease, which is a "pleasant" sort of IBD. If it IS something, the sooner you get diagnosed, the better. If it isn't, odds are they'll be able to figure it out without even needing to shove a camera up your ass. (Note, this really isn't as bad as it sounds anyway, the prep is way worse than the actual procedure.)
Painless bleeding is most likely internal hemorrhoids. (painful = external hemorrhoids or fissure)
If the blood is dark red, then the bleed is somewhere up the GI tract and probably a more serious problem, if its bright, then its near the rectum (hemorrhoids).
If its hemorrhoids: Get some exercise and stop sitting on cushioned chairs. Also don't strain when you take a shit, it can pop a blood vessel. Eat more fiber.
Most likely it'll be a common case of hemorrhoids. If you blood comes out really light then there's a very high chance that its just that. If it's dark blood then see a doctor ASAP.
