Ok, this is my first real post/thread and the subject is quite simple: i see that the featured maps on EU and US are not the same. In US we got zerg hunter RPG and a shitty multiplayer pacman remake with missiles instead of ghosts. And in EU server the featured maps are the Micro tournament 1.18 v1.0 map wich i think has been created by MorroW and a Footman frenzy type map.

I would just like to know why is this and is it possible that we also get this micro tournament map on US servers? Those maps were always popular in sc1 and wc3 and now that someone made one i would like to not have to buy another cd of sc2 to play it.

Could someone upload it on US servers or something like that ?

Well I'm from EU but hopefully Blizzard will fix the issue with the map upload and availability on cross servers, because its really annoying and not constructive at all with the current upload system. So rage hard at Bliizard forums to force them to fix that!!!einself

People don't really join many custom games other than "tug of war" and "defense" games. There has to be some sort of dota clone on the way

Something else is that I've read about 'Nexus word wars' here on the forum, but not found it on the EU server.
The micro-tournament is quite good, played it a few times yesterday, but it'll get boring because there're a lot of leavers.

Just to let you guys know, the queens creep tumor ability is bugged, the tumors does not die when the round is complete, so you can cover that "box" permanently in creep, making zerg a lot better.

Morrows map is only fun for a while cos it's horribly balanced :S

Well, NA and EU are just two completely different server. Just today I saw the first time a phantom gae with 2phantom2paladin2slayer, but I know it must have been around on NA quite a while. If you miss a map on one server and you are able to go to both server, why don't you upload it yourself. Btw MorroW has an account here on TL, so why not just pm him and ask him if u might upload it in NA?

There is a very old version of morrows micro map on the NA server. Its called Micro Tournament 1.15us
He uploaded it a while back since me and some other people didn't have euro accounts and we all were gonna try it out with him lol. He has no plans of updating it though and some of the matchups are unbalanced.

Just attack click the lings on the reaper; sit back and laugh at him in chat as he tries to micro.

Also the Terran one where you get 1ghost and some MnM versus a huge Protoss army with 2 immortals and sentries and shit.
You can get the most perfect EMP ever and still lose.

Most of the time it's a pack of 1a units against several types of units that require micro. 1 banshee vs like 5 marines isn't realistic. Or the 2 tanks 1 medivac against stalkers. Or the colossus sentries zealots against zerglings and hydralisks is insane. And you don't even have time to make control groups.

It's not really a competition it's more you against yourself. And it would be nice if you could change race.

Yeah some things are imba but overall balance is pretty good. You will improve your micro anyways even if you lost on imba MU, so still nice way to train.

Am I the only one that always loses the first round because of huge lag that happens in the beginning of the game for about 30-60 seconds? All of my friends playing also got huge lag.

Yeah I know, I was expected ridiculous maps. I am still waiting for diplo remakes plus an actual good DBZ Sagas. Two favorite UMS for me probably.

I played some DBZ sagas shit today, it was the worst fucking thing ever. There was literally just narrow paths you would walk through for each saga killing like 100 bad guys by A moving then the boss would die in .5 seconds like everything else you fought. You didn't even need to heal, it was the most retarded shit ever. I was a gokurauder who could fire at air and shoot 500 rounds a second.

worst game ever.

Reapers with nitro are imba vs zerglings
Pheonix vs hydra is funny bugged
Queens vs pheonix voidray is pretty much impossble
Reaper vs 5 lings without nitro is crazy
Marines vs zerglings just hug wall or move shoot and you cant lose

Its a great map but with many broken match ups.
