there are way worse mus than this one. i saw some ppl win with zerg. but take a look at 2 zealots vs 3 rine 1 scv (poor t), 2 stalkers vs 5? marines(poor p), 3 tanks +rines vs infestor ling bling (way too hard for t) and some of the low unit tvp.

Yeah I think MorroW forgot about it, someone should make a newer more balanced version with this.

No its impossible. and its 7 marines not 5.

Absolutely not impossible. I managed to kill all but 1 marine and 1 more shot would have killed him if I didn't fuck up during the battle.

I almost never see anyone beat the protoss deathball ones. I feel like the protoss is favored in most of them besides mirrors, 2 stalker vs 7 marines, and 5 sentries with 1 ff each vs 6? marines.

wow.. i disagree with most posts in here.. i feel when i play the zerg matchups are usually the strongest, with p being the weakest :o

This. I really find this annoying. Every match-up is one guy having to do insane shit, while the other guy CAN'T micro and needs to a-move.
I played micro wars to the limit in Warcraft III, different games I guess.

The bw micro tournament custom was the fucking shit.
Plus it had an ingame-mode where you could create your own micro challenges.

I find the P mirror one where both have identical armies except one has two colossus and the other two immortals, to be very difficult if you end up with the immortals. I've actually never seen anyone win that one.

There is way to many matchups that require 1 person to have insane control and 300 APM and then the other guy just a-moves. :/
The large Protoss mirror where 1 has Collosi and 1 has a warp prism and 2 immortals is kind of stupid. Especially if the Collosi just a-moves instantly and you can never really get positioned.
1 Stalker vs 8 lings is lame, never have enough space to do it.
3 Marines 2 zealots is damn near impossible for the terran, especially the average players who play this game.
3 Stalkers vs 2 tanks and a medivac basically puts the ball in the terrans court. He has to mess up on his pickup/drop micro badly to lose this.
2 Zealots and 3 sentries vs like 16 speed lings is also another scenario where the protoss should never win. Bait the FF's then run in. Even if the toss gets amazing ff placement the Z just runs back till they're gone then comes and rapes it. Especially without being able to camp in the corner I dont see this one being possible unless the Z is very bad.
Can't think of anything else atm.

The phoenix muta one is pretty stupid, requiring the protoss to massively screw up to not win.
The 3 sentries vs many marines one is basically impossible as well.
There is another micro tournament map out there, which is a lot better made/balanced, everyone should switch to that as this one isn't updated anymore.

If you kite perfectly and always focus one marine after another, you will bareley ever lose.
When the terran spreads his marines and stuttersteps his way towards you, then its really hard, but iI don't think it's impossible.

I play this a lot as protoss (never lose  ), and from my perspective as protoss the ones that are completely impossible for one side.
1)1 stalker vs 8 zerglings, still dont see this being possible at all.
2)2 zealots vs 3 marines, terran needs 300apm to do this, never seen terran win it, possible but hard.
3)4 collosis + stalker vs roach/hydra/broodlord is too difficult for zerg, I'd say impossible
4)3 zealots/3sentry vs lings - bait ff and then run in, don't find this one to be very possible either if zerg plays it right.
5)3 muta vs pheonix - Once again don't see this possible for zerg if protoss controls decently.
6)Mass blink stalker vs immortal + stalker is impossible for immortals vs good blink.
7)The 8-9 marauders vs chargelots is also impossible with good studderstep from terran.
8)3 zealot/3sentry vs 4 stalkers is a nightmare for the sentries, need to get super lucky with perfect ff.
9)2 Collosis vs 2 immortals - seems very difficult for protoss, even if immortal player seems to play it right he loses.
10) And the PvP where it's like pheonix + stalkers vs stalkers zealots sentry is too easy for the pheonix player, just lift the zealots and the sentry. After that go for the stalker, and run your 5 pheonix around till you have 50 energy to kill the last 1-2 stalkers.
11) 2 stalker vs 7/8 marine is also another I'd say impossible one if the terran studdersteps, because he runs you into a wall, and if you turn to quickly and the terran gets in range protoss is dead.

I just won this one, just keep your marines spread out and on different hotkeys, should be able to have at least 1 marine firing most of the time while taking basically no Zealot hits.
