They sell that on Ebay and it has a unique light, but still bit tactile feel to it. If you have already tried that plank, then in mechanics I would say that browns are the way to go. It's tactile yes, but so is Topre AFAIK. Sure you can game with almost every keyboard there is out there, but Topre isn't exactly made for playing games.

They are considered to have an even smoother feel than linear MX switches. Topres aren't linear though... it's in between a linear and a brown(I have a topre)
Oh but it's really smooth yes.

The japanese layout has 2 extra keys on the bottom row of the keyboard. 4 keys on the bottom left as opposed to 3 and 5 keys on the right. Other than the 'L' shaped enter key and smaller right shift that's the only big difference from the ANSI layout.

Depends on the force you use, they bottom out pretty easily though. These keys acuate super early, it's somewhere in between 1.5 and 2 mm I'd say and it definitely is possible to doubletap at that point but I guess it's more natural to bottom out with these when doubletapping at least for me. I can record a video I guess if I feel like it although my desk is so dirty it's kind of an insult to this keyboard
One thing to note is that this is super rock solid build that probably would last a nuclear explosion and the keys will never do anything you don't tell them to do. The keyboard is also fully ergonomic so it might feel a bit strange to begin with for playing SC2, I might take a picture of that too

ive already watched alot of review vids on it, judging from the sound it seems much closer to brown switchs then anything else, im rly picky when it comes to the feel of a keyboard so im scared to pay 400$ for something that id end up not liking : D
i think ill just play it safe and go with the filco tenkeyless w/ red switchs, between the filco and the leopold i should go with the filco right? i read that the filco has better stabilizers whereas the leopold has more durable caps(which i dont care about cus im gonna switch the keycaps w/ pbt caps)

Definitely get the Filco! I own four myself and a couple other mechanical keyboards and the Filco has the best build quality of them all. The resale value on Filco red switch keyboards are very high being that they are rare, especially for the tenkeyless version which you can resell for around another $250-300. The stablizers are better also (although this is personal prefrence) but the cherry stablizers feel more mushy to me, like rubber domes.

Oh by the way you can't replace topres keycaps so that's out of question then <_< And yeah it's probably closest to browns but the difference is still quite huge
400$ o.O I guess I'm lucky it only was 169 euros here..

got a pm:
"I've got a white Realforce 86u with red esc and lavender wasd in pretty much perfect condition. I was looking for $185 + shipping. I live in Canada too (Montreal, Quebec) so shipping costs should be much better than from someone in the US. http://imgur.com/a/yrDjT "
sounds like a good deal, should i go for it?
edit: its the white/gray version tho tt, wanted the black one also are the 86u's 45g or 55g?

Ask him. Also also ask him for a photo that works. $185 is a fantastic deal though.
Anyway, the 86U could be either the mult-actuation force or the uniform-actuation force version (55g or 45g).

I believe Realforce 86u's have variably weighted switches. Some switches are 35g (I think 30g on the 86u), 45g, or 55g, depending on where they're located on the board.

i linked a pic on that post but the " got into the link http://imgur.com/a/yrDjT
edit: a fuck its the mult-actuation version -_-, should i still go for it? i would have preferred buying the uniform actuation force vers
edit2: meh i went ahead and bought the board, we live in the same city so im saving on shipping costs aswell, he was nice enought to offer me a 2day test trial of the board before having to pay him, the only reason i took him up on his offer was to avoid being stabbed + robbed plus i wanted to see if the keyboard actually works : D
