If you're worried that using your computer will somehow damage it... no it won't. The only way that's going to happen is if you have really poor cooling and your CPU or GPU overheats when you use it at capacity. Which is highly unlikely, particularly if you're relatively new to computers and haven't heavily overclocked your equipment. But turning up graphics in a game won't damage hardware...

For anyone with eye glasses: Do frames or lens cost more without any insurance? Also what is the most durable frame, titanium or memory titanium? Why do websites sell frames + lens at like $50 max while at an ophthalmologist it costs $500? Different in frame quality? I looked at a site and the most expensive frames only cost $50. I actually asked one of the staff why the difference in costs (between $200 and $500), and they said lens? Is it possible for lens to vary that much in price? Finally is it possible to use existing frames that you have for new lens? Any help will be appreciated it, thanks.

How exactly this related to technical support? -.-' But anyways... Generally, the frames cost more than the lens. You sort of already answered the "why are online stores so much cheaper?" question yourself since online retailers don't have to pay for ophthalmologists, equipment, material, and so on. Online retailers are just less expensive to operate than physical retail locations. Titanium is probably the most durable frame material. Whether you want it to be flexible or not is up to you I guess. I can already tell you that the website you looked at is shit if the most expensive frames and lens is $50 since designer frames don't come that cheap nor do certain types of lenses. Lens do vary in price by a lot. The cheapest one is plastic which is often included for free with the frame. Other types include but not limited to polycarbonate, progressive, and transitions. Not to mention the different types of coatings available (UV protection, scratch resistant, anti reflective, etc). You pay for comfort, convenience, and style. Yes, you can get a lens replacement for your existing frame but you would obviously need to send in the frame.

I just want to give an update to the intake front, intake top, and intake back setup (with exhaust 4x side). My CPU temps are down by about 10-15c average on load (down to 60c-65c from 70-74c), and this is with slightly higher voltage (1.34v on earlier setup, 1.36 on new setup due to new cpu from intel). My GPU does run a few degrees hotter now, strangely enough, but only during furmark. Still caps out at about 73c gaming on stock clocks. Considering I really care more about my CPU than my gpu, this is fine. Thanks for the ideas.

You can't compare temps on different CPUs in different cooling setups and draw a useful conclusion about the functionality of a cooling setup.

I post in this thread too much : / If your performance is below the level you want (in a CPU limited task), the answer is yes. Otherwise, the answer is a definite maybe. And it's never too much BEFORE you make a decision. It's only too much when people make decisions first, then post expecting validation, or expecting the laws of physics to be bent to undo something they did.

We have yet to really prove one way or the other on that. The 2500k is stronger with 4 threads than the x6 with 6, but not to the point that 2 threads (After SC2 soaks 2) would definitively smash past 4 threads available on the x6. Can your motherboard handle the x6, for one, and for two, would you prefer to have the better CPU available if you DID decide to do other stuff?
