FYI, every GSL (unless you count Super Tournament, then every GSL except one) has been won by former BW progamers. BW players already dominate the korean tournaments.
i THINK his point was that current BW players will be behind by years when they come in, so they will have to work hard to prove themselbes and win in SC2, meanwhile the former BW players who switched alot of them switched very early (beta or release) so they were never really behind.

Idra = fomer BW player
Where these non fomer-BW players who are winning?
Huk is doing quite well currently, and If I'm correct he didn't come from WC3 or BW.

As soon as all these BW players hit the SC2 scene, I'll be holding my breath for what is to come. My hopes are high that these players will bring something fresh into SC2 and show what true skill is by applying all that they have learned through years of experience onto this new endeavour. But it is still rather sad to kind of foresee that BW as a professional game is fading away, because it has brought so many memories to the eSports world.

Actually Polt is the only one who won GSL and wasnt BW pro but semi pro Warcraft player. edit: opps didnt read well
Lol, after the trouble he went through to exclude the only GSL which wasn't won by a BW pro (the ST), there is still someone who called him out on that :D Well played.

Rather the argument is to find a decent (or even good) BW player - who has been at this level most recently, not some years ago at his peak - and who is doing very poorly in SC2.
There's no such person yet. Good at BW -> Good at SC2, no real exceptions so far.

You might want to check up on Stephano he got a 70% win ratio vs Koreans and just won 2 major international tournament

BW and SC2 are different games but things that made you godly in BW will also make you a godly player in SC2. Things like macro, micro, multitasking, hand speed, game sense, reaction speed, dedication to training, etc just dont vanish because you switch games. Those 3 players would succeed in any RTS game because of there inherent attributes that make them so good.
the probable i see with flash bisu and jaedong in SC2 is that they are older, and would have to play catchup for 3-4 years of SC2 experience that everyone will have (minimum) by the time the switch for them happens, they will be older and unable to perform at the level required of them to completely dominate, especially with new young talent funneling into SC2. so will a flash 3-4 years from now be as dominant in SC2 as he was in BW a year ago? I don't think he would be. meanwhile players like baby, who have the talent to be a great in BW, have plenty of time to catch up in SC2 age wise, as well as much more of a reason to switch now-ish.
What do you mean by "older"? Flash (born 1992) is younger than almost every SC2 pro's.

Yes, Flash was called the "wonder kid" he first appeared (he was only 14 or so).

I know. Non-BW players have torn up the SC2 scene completely even in Korea. They're simply unbeatable by ex-BW players. Some example would be.. Uhh, lets see, yeah Naniwa won GSL lets see... Wow I thought this would be easy.

So 1 GSL win by a non-BW player and suddenly ex-BW players STILL have to prove themselves.

Why are you so mad? You posting just 3 examples clearly proves you are in a losing argument here. Not to mention none of those players are even close to being the best of their respective races.
