Wow Blizzard sure has learned alot about Map Making. Looks like they decided walls are imbalanced so now all walls and cliffs are destructable because its just not fair that you can't sit in ur base for 10 minutes scouting nothing and once you have ur pre timed army 1a into your opponents expansion every game. this way you can Huff and you can Puff and blow ur opponents base 16 forcefields wide. Cause that is good for E-Sports! /begin laughing stock that is Blizzard mapmakers

Blizzard's main problem: They do not understand that 2 base is not a macro game.

The Third on all of these maps are just silly to take... Classic for blizzard ladder maps.

I'm torn about the third map. On one hand it's a very open map, so engaging as Terran will be difficult. On the other hand, there's no way a zerg is going to take a third base on my watch

And I hate to be one to nit pick, but why do the 4v4 maps have only TWO additional mining bases from the 1v1 maps.

Any reason why all the 1x1 maps look plain and well, just bad. The new blizz maps for season two are just horrid. Slag pits, being the worst. The maps made by the community here on TL are at least ten times better than this. I don't want to whine, but considering that I'll be playing them for a long time I have no choice.

These maps look just as average as the ones we are currently playing... Don't like either the first or second 1v1 maps, especially because Blizzard has specified "these are rush maps". I know my next few downvotes as Zerg.

Did they say which ones they will be removing for these? Here's hoping Slag Pits and DQ.

As a zerg, it sent chills down my spine to see how hard it is to take a 3rd on these maps. First impression from me is negative, but I'll reserve my final judgement for after having played on them.
3v3 and 4v4 maps look exactly like those on the ladder already but with a change of tile set LOL!
The 2v2 maps aren't really macro maps either, but then again... how often do you play long drawn out macro games in 2v2 =/?

maps look shockingly small
once again it seems blizzard love the idea of "if you lose your army in the center of the map you better gg because he'll be in your natural in 1.3 seconds"

even the "macro" map. sure it's long rush distances because it's corner to corner. but the center is SO CRAMPED.

and yea. like people have said. blizzard HATES easy thirds.

Blizzard if you hire me I will not disappoint you, these maps are decent but you need some more innovative personnel

as of now I have 23 maps in limbo, I will hand you the ones I've completed and finish the rest if you hire me and fill my life with joy lol

These maps look really bad. Will veto most of them depending on what maps are replaced. I don't understand why Blizzard continues to force non-macro maps on us. If they want to insist on these rush favored maps, then sure add them, but give us more vetoes and macro maps too. 33% of my games on meta/shattered ends up in a rush/all-in from either me or my opponent.

I honestly do not like Blizards decision to use these maps. Please, set rush maps in Bronze league or something, in Diamond + no one wants to get cheesed...
