What? I don't think zergs are complaining about highly mobile light air harass, but more of the nerf of one of their only useful offensive spells.

I still can't believe this is an actually thing. How on earth was that a bug? I seriously don't want to go 4srrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to make roaches...

Wait, how does the master league work? Do you still stay in your same diamond league as well as a master league?

Pylon blocks are manageable.

No, I don't get it. what? how is it 100% impossible to kill them? they are JUST like mutas in how easy they are to kill. u realize that to use gravitron whatever-the-fuck the protoss has to stop moving the phoenix right? Just like mutas, except Faster More hp Bigger range Smaller attack cooldown No counter in zerg army u forgot to add *don't hit ground* and *shots dont bounce* *costs 50% more gas* since we are counting everything pssst..... minerals not gas. dont shoot me D:
yeah i fixed it lol
anyways, i DO suspect that protoss air will be OP vs zerg. and if they keep the fungal change they are def gonna need to buff hydra speed, no real reason not to
also, i have trouble agreeing with everyone saying mutalisk is going to dominate zvz now. i guess myabe it will... but for the cost doesn't hydra/roach beat muta/ling in headon collision? but i don't play z so it's something i'd like to hear from dem zergs

phoenixes also two shot workers.
But seriously, I'd trade no fungal vs air for faster hydras and/or queens any day honestly, or just make fungal's area of effect larger but now it only slows instead of immobilizing.

oh no, im already having zvz nightmares

Clearly Terran needed help to be able to bunker rush easier. Obviously Fungal Growth can't affect air units, otherwise dropship harass would be too hard for Terran. Indeed very reasonable changes.

lol who cares about zvz? or pvp for that matter. it always ends up being lame.

I'm glad these changes are going on test server first so blizzard can see if they are appropriate. I'm guessing their analysis will reveal that Zerg will probably have no answer to phoenixes after this patch, and that mass phoenix into a decent ground army will be close to unbeatable.
However it is interesting to note that the bunker change was specifically marked as being ONLY intended for test server. Why would they purposely intend a change ONLY for test server, thats a bit odd?

Am I the only person who sees the ultralisk change?
It's going to buff the hell out of the ultra.

FG is OP there must be some kind of nerf to that spell not sure if thats the right one tho

So because Fruitdealer (an excellent player) is making short work of other people means that his entire race is having an easy time? Didn't Fruitdealer get knocked out by a 2rax in GSL2, believe it was Foxer who did it on Jungle Basin? This was when the 2rax was new and the metagame hasn't quite shifted yet.

yeah cause hitting d and clicking places then pushing the front with your army is a lot harder than trying to deal with 5 different areas of attack at the same time

Removing flux vanes just makes void rays more boring

I'm with travis on this one.... he's a forum veteran... Phoenix as far as I know have never relaly been declared as OP. To compare them to the muta is kind of silly....

Blizzard made it so PvP won't be 90% Colossi wars, but made it so ZvZ will be 90% muta wars.
Huh.
If they want to change ZvT and ZvP, Fungal Growth is not the answer. All this change does is ruin ZvZ.
No kidding. This is the first thing I thought as well. I mean, I like mutas, but as long as hydras are light units, I can't see muta/ling/baneling NOT being the new standard. Hydras aren't exactly cheap ya know.
And the removal of fungal as AA means there's one less option for Zergs to deal with drops. Just as I was considering a quick infestation pit > energy upgrade > infestors as an alternative to mutas. That said, us Zergs DO have options. There's mutas, and also, since we can spread creep to the edges of our bases now, a spore or two could deter drops on drop-friendly maps like Scrap Station. 2 or 3 spores are cheap compared to the trouble of getting dropped.
Anyway, I guess I'll continue my non-use of infestors.
Observer cost change from 50/100 to 25/75 is pretty big too I think. Protoss can actually afford to pump out a few observers now.
