My SC2 refuses to patch. I have tried to manually patch but that gets stuck at 11B (there were two patches for 11. The first one works and the second one fails). I have installed and reinstalled several different times to no avail. It seems that it cannot determine what version I am.... is this my connection or what?

Right now I can't log in to US. The screen after you write your password opens up, but my character name and picture isn't there. When I press enter the button grays out, but I don't log in. Anyone else experiencing this?

When the new patch 17 go out, i updated and after that when i wanted fo log in my sc2 crash always!!!
So i reinstalled and always when i want patch on the 99% i got this bug :

Blizzard Updater was unable to read the file "LocalizedData\Sounds\TerranUnitVO\Battlecruiser\Battlecruiser_Pissed14.ogg". This error may be caused by problems with the media or drive at <unknown>--for example, a scratched or dirty CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, hard drive corruption, or a networking problem while downloading the update. (The error code was 0.) : DecompressJob::Execute()

So i cant update, can you help me plz?

I uninstall 3 times and reinstall! ?_? so can you help me plz !! Thx!!

Or try disabling the p2p from the updater. I had problems updating like you but they wen't away when I disabled the p2p from the blizz downloader.

I can't watch patch 16 replays with patch 17. When I try loading a replay (through bnet or through opening the file from windows) it just gives me a black screen with sc2 cursor. Any ideas? Happening to others?

been going over the patch MPQ for liquipedia...
i don't see a bonus damage vs armored anywhere near the kaiser blades (formerly known as cleaver) in effectdata.xml...? nor a bonus damage upgrade in upgradedata.xml...?

Yup, I had this issue and someone else helped me out, so I will keep it going.

Find your Versions folder inside your SC 2 beta folder.

Move the Base16036 folder somewhere else (dont lose it, you need it to play, lol). Now try watching replays. Should work fine.

Now in phase 2 even if i beat favourited players i don't get my bonus points even in the ones in the pool. stupid bug.

Has anyone had their screen randomly turn black and start flickering constantly while in game? It happens every other game or so, but is starting to occur more often, upwards to 5 or 6 times a game. I'm running Windows 7 on my mac via bootcamp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got the unable to read problem. it says:

omg i finally managed to solve my patching problem it was pissing the shit out of me

EDIT: FUUUUUU the thing only works for EU and US and i forgot i was under KR server.

The best part of it all? i deleted the entire patch that i was downloading

Hi I'm having problems patching from 15 to 16 . I keep getting

the file sc2.exe could not be found

I've tried uninstalling several times, I've also tried patching it individually and using the 1-16 900mb patch and i keep getting the same error. If I take a sc2.exe from the versions folder it complains about the language. Has anyone found a way to fix this? its driving me insane
