its hard to imagine how you can be so proud and confident of your masculine body and yet still want to be a girl tho
"gender fluid" means you feel like being girly sometimes and manly other times and don't give a shit about "picking" one over the other.
i guess most people will usually decide to become manly and to reject their girliness, or decide to become girly and go trans. its pretty interesting to hear that some people just fuck it and pick both. after watching the interview of ladybeard you can see how that sort of person might exist (he started crossdressing to school parties when he was 14 and people loved it so he just kept doing it)
It's possible dips just don't work for you, yeah? I have not been able to do dips with any decent amount of weight or reps without getting pain in my shoulder and sternoclavicular area. Looking for something to replace them as I think it's best I avoid them. Maybe a db bench movement that kind of replicates the movement?
Im not anti transgender but I don't understand how Matt krocs process might be when he spent decades being a complete alpha male and now wanting to be female is very strange.
i think he considers himself both male AND female so that explains how he can want to be both rather than having a crazy change of heart
cure alcoholism = do whatever it takes to stop buying alcohol on a daily, weekly, monthly and finally yearly basis. usually this is daily thought-blockage (strength of will to zone out the idea) and thought replacement (distracting yourself with something else). since it gets a lot easier to do the longer you survive alcohol-free for, really it is about pushing to hold out for a little bit longer each time

i said non-religious heh first part sounds like a good plan tho its so much harder when you dont believe someone will judge you when you finally break your body

Oh is AA religious?
Only time I've cut out drinking/going out is to stay in top shape for rugby, lifting, etc.because those things mean more to me than boozing.
